Had some fun on the track testing out some shoes today ⚡️ it rained a lot but found some good speed!

What do you look for in a good running shoe, maybe I’ll do a video on this if anyone is interested?

For me it’s ultimately speed, but also factors come into play like comfort, stability and tractions under foot. Let me know your thoughts 🤩 🏃‍♀️
