This weekend saw the practice race swim in preparation for the Ironman World Championships out here in Kona, Hawaii! 🌋 🌺 ☀️ 🏄‍♀️

I finished up 2nd to 2023 World Champion Lucy Charles-Barclay

Counting down the days until the big day! 🏊‍♀️ 🚴‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️

Any guesses on what my swim time will be this Saturday?
