So I cannot wear this jock anymore as they crush my junk. There’s a ball pouch and everything that just doesn’t work well with me. I would be willing to sell if anyone would be interested in purchasing after wearing to the gym. DM.

Who’s winning tonight?

New jock. It's funny, I originally started getting jocks for this but now I prefer to workout in them. This one is a little tight thought.

Many of you asking for an update. Working on getting my body back but what do you think?

Going to lunch. Think anyone will notice?

I’ve been so lazy with my workouts the last few months and don’t even feel good about posting this but at least I still have something. Need to get back into it.

Who you got for the Super Bowl?

Wouldn't you like to wake up to posts like this? @wes00

Had to take this push-up video real quick. I had roofers on one side and my neighbor mowing on the other side. Not sure if the roofers noticed but it was exciting either way.

Just a couple sets of squats for you. My knee is getting better to where I can do some box/bench squats. I did some sets in only my compression shorts even though my legs look skinny right now 😟😉
