Yoga flow, Calabria beach edition 🌊

This time I swapped the mountain rock for soft sand… which honestly was not much easier 😂

Every pose kept sinking a little, my balance was all over the place, and I was trying to flow in my bikini without ending up face-first in the beach.

A little shaky, a little sandy, but such a beautiful way to move my body by the sea.
