Yoga flow, New Zealand mountain edition 🏔️

Not exactly the easiest place to balance… one little rock, barely enough space, wind around me, and me trying to make whatever flow my body could manage up there 😂

Stretching, bending, opening up, showing you all my shapes while trying very hard not to wobble off my tiny natural yoga mat.

A little wild, a little artistic, very naked, and honestly such a beautiful place to move my body.
