11 stone 4 lbs - or 158 pounds. Or at least, I was just after I got back from vacation (and have been slow at putting up here!)

Up 3lbs in a week - of lazing around, eating oodles of cake and other yummy treats. Not gonna lie, it was a good time!

It was not such a good time to return home to clothes fitting even worse than they used to, my belly just bulging into my lap when I sit down, my appetite being super charged - I feel like it takes so much more food to fill me up than it used to!

Oh, and I haven't checked the BMI scale in a little while, but at 5"7 I think this puts me dangerously close to being overweight. And overfed...
