I have bad habits, but i balance them out.

Which do you prefer when I bake 🍞 Bulge or briefs?

Getting steamy in my sauna. Heat makes more than just bread rise 😏

There's more than just the bread bulging in this one 😉

Toilet update

Toilet man is on the way!

Morning wood, morning weight. I would like to be closer to 170 by my birthday. Also need to do more frequent ab workouts…

Testing out some shots in the new sauna 😏 Keep an eye on your inbox for the full video soon.

Some pics from my day. From morning wood to afternoon dirty repair work. Heading home to install the secret sauna now!

Would you like a tour?

A quick strip and flex on the plane back from Denver. I wish i could have done more for you all, but there weren’t a lot of bathrooms on this plane and i felt bad tying one up too long for content…

Hiking at elevation is different, but i could get used to it.

A mountainous loaf in 6 parts. This one traveled with me today as a gift for our friends who are hosting us in Denver.

Project super secret sauna surprise is moving along. I got the exhaust fan installed yesterday and I’m almost done with the prep. Sauna has arrived on the east coast and is just waiting for me to schedule delivery!

Chit chat, and some updates. Also i have a new wishlist! Link below. Check it out and let me know what else i should put on it. https://throne.com/shreddedbaker

I put together a few clips from my latest sourdough bake, with a little cheeky nudity sprinkled in! I hope you like it. Let me know if you want to see more of this type of content.

I wish i could send each one of you a sourdough English muffin. They are so soft and delicious.

Tidying up and checking on my herb garden

A quick morning exercise. Some plank, some pushups, a slutty little arch, and maybe some hole at the end. Sound good? I thought so.

Rise and bake

These 30 bring me to 210 for the day and 650 on the week. My brother and I are doing a sort of challenge, 1000 pushups in a week. It feels good to get all these reps in.

Face dotted with sweat, thin scruffy “beard”, hydration on hand, quite nearly a face reveal…

Come along with me to the sauna on date night with Mrs SB!

June VIP news

A sweet treat for you and for me.

Stitching up an old butt hole. That’s what you’d call it right? I have a new pair of these exact pants but i don’t want to wear them to work and get grease and soot on them, so these will be perfect for that task.

Livestream from the shower last night. Got that hole sparkling ✨

Cheers to Saturday night

Wiggling it around in the waiting room bathroom at the Dr’s office.
