Please note: This is a limited release preorder. Once we run out of items, we run out. Items will ship 8 to 10 weeks from your purchase date.
Because these items will not ship before the holidays, we created a digital download gift tag so you can still surprise a friend, a foe, or a familiar with impeccable taste and let them know something from Worlds Beyond Number is on the way. This digital download, your shipping details, and a surprise video from the team will be emailed to you in your purchase confirmation email.
Free shipping applies to all store orders over 100 dollars before tax in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK.
One last thing... STICKERS!!! A lot of you missed the Patreon stickers in the last run. This time, they will be available in the shop for purchase so you can finally grab the ones that got away. And to make it up to you, all Patrons will receive a free Holiday Sticker Pack featuring brand new designs with any purchase. You will just need to add the "Holiday Sticker Pack" to your cart, and paste a super special code in at checkout (The code for early access and the free stickers will be shared with paid members only in a follow up post/email). This offer lasts for the entire drop. If you miss the 24 hour early access window, you will still get free stickers with your purchase.

1. Will my order arrive in time for the holidays?
No. These items are pre-order, limited-edition pieces and will ship 8-10 weeks from your purchase. We provide a digital download gift tag you can share with your loved one so they know something special is on the way.
2. When will my order ship?
8-10 weeks from when you order. You will be emailed a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
3. Why is the shop only open for a limited time?
Because these items are made to order, we can only keep the pre-order window open briefly. This ensures accurate production quantities and reliable delivery timelines.
4. What does “limited edition” mean?
We are producing limited quantities of each item. Once they sell out, they may not return.
5. What is the 24-hour early access for Patreon?
Patrons get into the shop 24 hours early and receive a 10% discount during that early access period.
6. I’m a Patron. How do I use my 10% discount?
The 10% discount is only available during the early access window, and is automatically applied during checkout.
7. Do the free Patron stickers come automatically?
No. Patrons must add the sticker pack to the cart, and add the provided code at checkout to receive the free sticker pack with purchase.
8. Does the free shipping apply to my order?
Free shipping is automatically applied to any order totaling $100 or more (before tax) in the US/CA/ AU/ UK.
9. Can I combine the Patreon discount with other discounts or free shipping?
Free shipping applies to orders $100 or more after the 10% discount, only on Dec 15th.
10. Can I edit my order after purchasing?
Pre-orders cannot be modified after the shop closes.

If you ordered a bundle and one of the items is out of stock then they wait till it's back in stock. However if you contact them they will probably offer to send out the order separately. I pre ordered in December, from the uk. I emailed last week and now I have my order (except the fox)
Live in the U.S. and I’m hoping to see something by Easter. Last time I ordered it took 8 weeks. But you can email and get an update. I wonder if tariffs are the issue?

PSA customer support added the thank you bonus is missed out on while the website glitched. I managed to use a work around to get all the items I wanted while the website was glitching and got my discounts and free stickers, missed out on the Thank You bonus (message from the cast an printable card). I filled in the Contact Us form on the store and asked if it could be added. Told them I bought it while it was glitching and gave them my order number. They replied within the day by adding it to my order! Just wanted to share this good experience with their customer support. I know I only asked form a free thing but it gives me hope that if your missed out on something or bought multiple carts you might have be able to get it fixed, no harm in asking.
I couldn’t have mine ordered just yet. The patron code seems to be working to get the stickers for free, but I can’t seem to get the 10% discount off the total order working. I’m afraid of things glitching so I decided to just use the contact form and ask if the discount can be added to my cart? I’m hoping it works.

I've been having trouble purchasing anything because there's glitching where the cart will show up once you add something to it and not let you click away from it or see anything else so I can't add other items 😭

The glitching on the cart still occurs but was able to purchase multiple items by clearing out cache after adding items to the cart. Add any item that needs a size FIRST and was able to click on the "add on" button for smaller items after clearing cache. Trying to add on with the button doesn't work until you clear cache and close the window and try again at least for me. WBN WE UNDERSTAND YOURE DOING YOUR BEST THANK YOU FOR THE MERCH DROP EXCLUSIVE!! The company I work for makes a lot more money and pushed out a recent site update that makes the merch site look like a supercomputer in comparison!! I know these issues are not going unnoticed good luck!!
I am getting a glitch that wont allow me to add all the products to my cart and then the website just bugs out
Patreon member, (Channing Kimble-Brown, credit where credit is due), shared this tip in the FAQ post. Sharing here in case it helps as it worked for me! “The site was glitching for me in such a way that let me add one thing to my cart but then would not let me navigate anywhere to add more to the card so PRO TIP if you want multiple things while dealing with this glitch: on the main page with all the merch, right click on the items you want, open each in a new tab. Then go to each tab and add them all to your cart, the website caches you're info so they will all add to the same cart. Once you're done, the check out button works perfectly fine (at least it did for me) so you can buy everything, add your discounts, etc. (if you already opened the site in a browser try just doing this in incognito)”

I also am going to miss out because of the store glitch. I’ve tried desktops, tablets and phones with multiple browser types, incognito mode, multiple tabs… all get is hundreds of refreshes and nothing in my cart.
Would have been nice to actually buy some of the merch, but the cart was so glitched out I couldn't proceed! Really wanted a shirt, the dice set, and of course the free holiday stickers. Seems like a lot of people are having similar issues. I'll probably just save the $60+ I was gonna spend. 😅

I am also having the same cart glitching issues on the store site. I first noticed it hours ago and I thought maybe my work's wifi was acting up. However even at home on a different browser I am having the same problem. Pleaseeeee fix and extend the patreon discount/early access sale!!!
Hi all! I was experiencing the same glitches and found a way around it, hopefully this helps others. If you’ve added anything before, clear your cookies or open an incognito browser to start fresh. Then, open each item you want in a new tab and add them to the cart from each separate tab. Hoping for the best for everyone 🤞
Thanks for sharing your workaround, unfortunately this trick didn't work for me. When I went to add another item in a different incognito tab it then kept saying "unable to add item" :(

I'm experiencing the same cart glitches! Was very much looking forward to buying a whole bunch like the last launch but the site issues are making it so I can only add one item at a time and there's nothing i can do to get it to clear!

Also adding to the shop issues comments. Once I add something to the cart, the cart opens in the sidebar and continually refreshes. The cart cannot be closed and nothing else can be added to it. Refreshing the site does not interrupt this issue. I would like to be able to add more than one item so I can get the shipping discount but I'm stymied.

Anyone else having trouble with the store site? There seems to be an infinite loop leading to a 429 (too many requests error) on spammed requests (1-2 retries per second). Have already tried/verified: - multiple devices - multiple browsers - incognito browser tab - clearing cookies/session data - disabling tracking blockers - not on VPN - attempting to delete/decrement cart item/count My only recourse (because I can't wait "1-2 days" for a response from support) would be to attempt to buy each item ONE AT A TIME which means I'm gonna have to pay SO MUCH in shipping costs................................

Not sure if this is a wbn or vendor thing but the thank you for ordering screen thanks the first name of the billing name, not the addressed to name. This makes sense for gifts but it also ends up deadnaming folks. Sometimes this is as simple as pulling from a different line of the spreadsheet but sometimes its more complicated
