Now that Li-Fen is done, guess it's time for Chun-Li. Can't leave out her jiejie after all.

V2: Fix Preset texture error

V3: Bought the game for PC so I can crack it open myself and try to figure out how the color code works. I think I got it closer, but there are still some issues nagging me. I'll work on it more. I'll leave the previous version up as well, in case people like that one more.

V4: Changed the textures so that you can use the color wheel to change the color directly instead of using a diffuse texture map alone. Will leave the previous two up just in case. I'll retrofit the other SF6 textures to follow suit and use this system for future ones, as this seems to be the most flexible one so far.
