Uzumaki Naruto Shippuden for G8M and G8.1M

Wrap3 upgrade. 

I got a whole bunch of Naruto Wrap3 commissions, plus he is to star in a picture commission as well, so I though to upgrade him to Wrap3. This has to be at least the 7th time I remake him. :)
