Mona for G9

Personal Project
--------------------

In honor of the release of the Hexenzirkel faction, I went back to look over the Mondstadt characters, and found quite a number of characters not converted yet, so selected one from the new faction.

I thought Mona had already been converted, but it seems that was for the older G8, so I did an update for her. I converted her older design as that is the original, though the newer one isn't too bad actually. Anyone interested in a conversion of the newer skin?
