Remielle WIP#1

Hey everyone! Today I'm sharing some progress on Remielle.

Let's start with the intro. There really was a lot of work here, because of all the complex movement during her flight-in and then her walk. Honestly, it's been pretty fun watching her come to life step by step. Most of the work goes into her wings. Because of their size, they have to be adjusted and aligned on almost every single frame, then checked against the final result. Damn things keep sticking out in every direction 🤪

The walk didn't go the way I originally pictured it. The heels in particular needed a lot of attention. Turns out they're not as simple as they look. Making the walk smooth and graceful is super important, so every movement is being worked over. As a fan of this character myself, I'm happy with how it turned out.

On the faces, the shading quality has been improved to match the original more closely. That's it for now. The main scenes are being made in parallel and are already in their final stage too. I'll be sharing more details very soon in WIP #2 next week. See you soon!
