Coming next: "Mr. Terrific"

As much as I would have liked to get another video in before the new month, I won't be able to. An extra large work load at "the day job" coupled with an unexpected role in a play coming up in two weeks has hampered my work on the next video.

To go along with "Captain Nice" (which NBC has gracefully allowed to be seen after all) I've been working on an episode about its fellow superhero show, which debuted the same night on CBS, "Mr. Terrific." However, this has proven to be harder work that I had expected.

First, the only good source I could find for footage from the show had the audio running at a slightly slower rate than the video, and I had to spend about four hours resynchronizing the two by hand to get it watchable.

Then I had a happy accident: I came across the show's original, unaired pilot episode with Alan Young as Stanley Beamish instead of Stephen Strimpell. It was very low quality, and I've been cleaning it up as best I can. It's watchable, at least.

I plan to finish and upload the episode for patrons on Friday 8-2, with any luck. Thank you for your support.
