Hardware woes
Hey guys,
TLDR: There will still be an update (most likely), but it will only have one new scene.
The bad news: For the past 10 days, I've been having constant crashes while rendering.
Long story short: Faulty RAM, SSD, and CPU (of course, all at the same time for some reason?!). So I ended up replacing all of those. Unfortunately. it was a process of elimination, so it took a long time to troubleshoot.
The good news: I've been rendering for 24 hours without any errors now, so at least it seems to be fixed.
I hope I am still able to finish the big scene, so I don't have to cancel the update for this month (I really hate doing that). But either way, I won't be able to add any additional content.
I'm sorry to disappoint you.

Just give us the damn update already I need to feed my addiction!!! Just kidding buddy so sorry to hear about your troubles but these things happen and if we have to wait an extra few weeks for you to be happy to release the next update then so be it, addiction is bad anyway lol keep up the great work!!

Thanks for giving us an update, even if it is one where RL bites hard. It happens and the fact that you are no longer experiencing the hardware issues means that your replacements seem to be getting the job done. GL!

Hello, don't worry, it happens. I work at it and I have seen more and more problems recently because of windows ia integration that is asking more and more from the ram, then the ssd when there isn't enough ram, so I am not surprised. Know that: You are not alone.
No Brother you didnt dissapoint, that is simply life, so please continue and when the update is taking more time…who cares, the only thing you can do what i dont like is abandoning your project… This thing is beyond your control, so all good ! 👍😉🤘
