dunno if you look at the comments here but the identifier youre looking at for the worlds is the biome, the one the mod is talking about is the dimension, which is a few lines above where it says the biome

I believe the navigation to the coordinates in the beginning of the video may have been incorrect. The Y value is vertical, in this case the position of whatever block its referring to is (likely) in the sky. There is also a possible binary interpretation of the "x: 1000" value, which translates to decimal 8. Either X: 1000, Y: 201, Z: -88, or X: 8, Y: 201, Z: -88
