Concept of RKN-chan (RosComNadzor-chan). I guees, it needs some explanation. In Russia there is a state organization called Roskomnadzor. That was not good or bad, but last time they made many people mad in Russia. They have equated hentai to child pornography, blocked all torrents, blocked pornohub, and blocked many groups with adult arts in "vkontakte" (russian social media). That generated many sad memes about this organization in russian internet.

Oh ya i get it! Its more of a visual interpretation of whats going on. I just wanted to point out the disturbing visuals of a smiling cop battering a defenseless pedestrian, at the whim of a heartless mistress. Regardless, the message you intended has been sent out loud n clear.

Whoo. The police brutality bit, with the guys smiling while beating the defenseless pedestrian on the ground is dark, and sad. But america has similar issues. Its so much worse with just the passive way in which the female leader just causally insights heavy handed violence. Same shit goes on here in USA!
Honestly, RKN is not like police, they just block web sites with prohibited content. But I give RKN-chan stormtroopers as minions, just to make situation more hyperbolic and absurd)
