Unzip the downloaded folder from this post into the games root folder (Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Until Dawn\Windows). This should overwrite your 'Bates' folder

the mods are not loading into the characters i followed your installation instructions and it is still not loading the mods

Following the drag and drop instructions. the game will only go to the snowy loading screen and never change.
