Juicing have some benefits but you guys will probably going to get problems in the gut later on. That problem might not go away due to affected microbiomes in it. One of them is bloating, the bad one. How about going back to what Americans usually eat back before the promotion of cereal by the country? Eat beef, butter, bacon and eggs. Beef is better than bacon nutritionally. Eat until you're full. Cut gluten, pancakes & sugar. You guys mentioned exercise. Exercise on an empty stomach (16hrs of fasting that includes your sleep time) in the morning is good too. It can boost your HGH by 2000% for you guys. HGH = Human Growth Hormones. Companies paid some scientists to say cereal is good breakfast. The carbs, sugar and other stuffs in it brings inflammation despite the added vitamins etc. Once your inflammation gets lower, you'll be less sick. What's been happening to the months of sickness, you guys know best. Maybe it's cause the body just starts to react to the accumulation of inflammation? And usually, glutathione level starts to drop when reaching mid 20s. It's our natural antioxidant produced by the body.

Yay yall finally get to experience the demon slayer movie hype!! Now I wanna know what day this week to look forward too 😂😂

From the original jank set up to this is crazy, glad I've got to see the glow up the whole way through. You guys should for sure vlog the decoration process once the room is done now that there's more potential space to put things from the P.O box up. And now that you guys are at the end of the arc, time to catch up to orb 😈🙏.

Please what’s the kitty name 🥺 Can it became a regular on the show too?? 💕

Y’all go do March Madness. It’s so much fun. Good luck to everyone who’s gonna participate. Hoping I can repeat my win from last year

Okay but when is Cannon gonna finish Elden Ring

twilight soon yayyyy

new introoo lets go

favs

Gek dungeon needs more furnishing, maybe a pear.

Cannon used to wear tank tops, dirty sweatshorts, and socks with multiple holes in them. Don’t let him gaslight you 💀

Bleach Please

Bleach waiting room

McKay drip hasn't changed but he always has a hat on now. In the early vids he would let the hair out

Y'all are really selling me on orb, might even upgrade my subscription. Just a live action-gek for now though, so shout out to Sherlock for detectivemaxxing and deduce-mogging Gilbert Lestrade i guess?

Kitty

My favorite moment from last week was Cannon squirming from breaking dawn scenes 😂😂

My show is on now, no disturbances for 23mins

That cat looking out the window reminded me of little Nami drawing in her room, waiting to be free.

Bleach waiting room

Oooh YES the DS movieeee!! I am so excited to rewatch with you guys!

🏀 🙌

I don’t why but the vibe is so daydreamy😫🫶🏻 Such a great choice of music. +++ I can’t wait for the new studio! I would absolutely love a 40m or 1h Gek podcast♥️

Drink echinacea tea!! I drink that whenever I feel off and I swear it’s made me invincible now

Cannon that’s not true about your drip I saw you dressed as a donut during Marineford’s binge! …..I’ll leave now

Please be careful of the one piece live action season 2 could have spoilers

who's out here editing these episodes cause this is peak

I wanna ask for what the schedule is until I see Bleach 3 times a week. PLEASE GEKS, I need my Bleach fix! (Not the household cleaning product) I wish I was still allowed on the Discord to attend the community gaming stuff.

Thanks for the update!

hxh might have a better chance of returning than breaking bad

What's with the Jojo edit at Jack bench pressing 🤨

Had to come here to like the video since I watched on YouTube.

Episode 1 of One Piece season 2 will have a pretty big spoiler for later if you notice it. It only appears for a few seconds so maybe you can have someone give Jack a timestamp so he can warn you guys when to look away or something like that

on my way to the gek news HOF

Dang I forgot how bulked up Cannon was back then

Another peak on toast Gek News but yall forgot one thing! When is the next K-pop stream?!!

Love the 🍊Tangerines shoutout! Finally something that's not anime haha I'm confident it will be S tier when yall are done. That masterpiece deserves two episodes a week. Stop teasing the K-drama community!

Pass on discord but I'll be there to support especially when it's a game thats not League lmao love how yall only use Jack raging like yall don't rage yourselves haha Yall are honestly the best at involving and interacting with the community! 🥰

Yayy Breaking Dawn Part 2 next week! 🥳 Yall reactions to the saga are honestly the best. Don't forget your lego house Eve!

AAHHH IT'S MICA!! 🥰 Fisch needs to make an appearance next!

holy gekkers

Favorite Moments?! Are you kidding me lol. Im Juicy Tier. It's literally ALL favorite moments lol. You can't do this to me!

Gek News in yall studio to be was not on my location bingo card haha yall so random I love it! Appreciate the mini vlog! Time to clock in McKay McConstruction. 👷‍♂️

I WANT A GYM STREAM

Cannot wait for the Fate Strange Fake binge 🔥🔥🔥

breaking bad mentioned 🥲

BWAHAHAHA! bleach day and gek mondays, the best day!

Speaking of March madness, yall just need to watch Kuroko no basket for Juicy Tier. It's one of the top sports animes out there.

gonna be a good week for Bleach and One piece. Start of a goated arc for bleach and start of post time skip for OP

Jack caught a pump

Lmao that intro let’s go

IRL Super Battle Golf stream when

I feel you guys. I think I have the stomach flu for the second time this year

Another One Piece stream? I'm getting insanely blueballed here man

Another kpop stream with donos pleaseee

Hey you saw my comment! I actually studied and have worked in film, I love seeing a shared appreciation for cinematography 🌟

carter drip god

Have you guys decided if you are doing One Pace or the Special Edition Fishman Island on Crunchyroll, for the next Arc of One Piece? The special edition on Crunchyroll has some updated animation and removes the filler scenes. I don't know how much its cut since I haven't watched fishman island in a while.

Man I can't wait for the OP Live Action, trailers look so good!

my favorite moment is the same as cannons. I sobbed like a mf with ep 3 of WLGT, it’s been a while since I’ve watched such a romantic and poetic show, I truly can’t wait for the next episode and once again, pleaaase watch moving someday!! it’s one of the best kdramas out there imo

Glad Orb has made an impression on all of you. I hesitated suggesting it for the longest time. It wasn't until I watched ep 14 that I just couldnt help myself, it simply needed to make it to the channel. Thank you so much for reacting to it. I'm very glad you all have been able to appreciate the story for what it is 🐐❤️

Joursh being an industry plant……..

Two quick questions will we get the MHA openings/endings after the OVA comes out in May? Also the apothecary diaries (yes i will not rest until we get a reaction) season 3 is coming out in october will you pretty please do a binge watch around time to catch up? Pretty please again with a cherry on top :)

I am unbelievably hyped for the Demon slayer movie. I’ve been waiting for it to drop on Crunchyroll so I can give it a rewatch after seeing it in the theaters. Looking forward to y’all‘s reaction.

missed opportunity for Ichigo to be sitting on that bench 😞

Excited for the demon slayer movie thanks guys, it's taking way too long for it come out officially they've even put it back in the imax cinemas here like let it rest 😭

Carter giving dad vibes now 🤣

KITTYYYYY

I just know bour rewatched this episode’s gym session a couple of times

Cannon snubbing Kim of comment of the week doesn’t sit right with me

I love how much you guys are expanding and growing as a channel. Can't wait to see how it turns out

Stak0 at it again, peak editing. The loading on top of Jack's head was sooo 😭😭

cannon, i could be wrong, but i think your wardrobe is morphing into brig’s or something because i feel like he was the cap and hoodie guy on the couch at one point.

i love gek new<3

Watch the MHA movies after the Demon Slayer movie I BEGGG 🙏

Resident evil mentioned 😛

i love seeing sherlock appreciation, thanks carter and mckay for choosing it as your favourite of the week! :) and cannon and jack for loving it too!!!

Hi Geks! You likely never noticed me because I pretty much never comment, but I also am one of the OG, I've been watching your channel since your very first AOT videos and been following your journey since, through the different animes and shows you reacted to. I'm from France and when I first started watching your videos I was at the beginning of my studies, now I am 24 and a few months away from finishing it all and become an elementary school teacher. Your videos have also been helping me studying and improving my English through the years from a pretty broken English to now being practically fluent, and I will be able to teach English to my future classes. I thought these Gek news vids would be a good opportunity to finally write a little comment and thank you for everything. (also can't wait for Jojo's)

Also gek news has been way higher quality and effort than I expected and it's paying off, great idea guys!!

Diabolical that everyone chose orb for their favourite moment and we don't have the upload yet

carter's drip has def changed the most

8:10 McKay stop gaslighting us

W Cannon for WLGYT appreciation 🍊

Which GEK has the highest bench? I'm leaning Carter just because he has the extra Dad Strength buff. Cannon looks like he has the best technique though. Gym vlog when?

I dont watch these videos but just commenting to up the comments count. Love yas 🫶🏻

Geks genked my Monday mornings🤩

Idk how American houses work, wdym you're in the basement and there is a window with full natural light? Is your house floating?

Unreal Mica content

I would be down for a Gek training arc series

The world isn’t ready for Six Pack Jack

jojo reference in the intro. soon surely right guys

Mica walking around like she owns the place, and she does.

yo idk if it’s just me but I think the music ost could be quieter 🫡 But excited for the OPLA tonight and hopefully yalls reactions too 🗣️💯

Thanks for more peak guys. I love these 🤗

Cannon who are you rooting for on survivor season 50? I'd love to see maybe Charlie or Genevieve win

I could be remembering wrong, but I feel like Carter’s drip might’ve changed the most? I remember you strictly wearing t-shirts and sweats at the beginning, but now you sometimes switch it up. McKay also used to wear a lot of flannels.

DEMON SLAYER MOVIE OH MY GOD YES!!!!!!! gotta prep myself to cry again, understood 🫡!

I reckon the next gek news intro song needs to be a gek version of Villager News

Hey guys lmk if you prefer leaving in the extra conversations/yapping or do more cuts!

I LOVE GEK NEWS

Guys i might be cooked…🙂

GIMME THAT GORGEOUS CAT RIGHT NOW!!!!

Mckay you HAVE to play RE9, it was AWESOME. Finished it in 10h

WOOOOOOO, i genuinely look forward to these!!!

The edge with breaking bad is too much

I remember having some conversations with other people in the discord about buying some land and creating a little Gek nation, that was early discord too 🤣

from the og couch to building a studio wow i'm emotional. been here since aot, yall are on the up and up fr!!

Cannon your clothes have definitely changed what are you smoking dawg. Ugly ass adidas slides still the same tho (not sorry)

Lightwork
