Just an idea but could be really cool if you guys just did a super quick order of your favourite straw-hat crew members from best-worst on the 1st day of one piece week and then on the very last day as well. Would be really interesting since you guys are watching so many episodes to see how or if your orders change over this time. Definitely an arc where everyone gets some really good moments, so I think they could all end up pretty different. This is crazier than I thought, I can’t believe they’ll be done with ennies lobby by end of next week. That means we’ll probs reach marineford by end of this year!

Omg this is sick!!!! Btw! From episode 245 onward, the anime’s pacing slows significantly, with excessive walking & running scenes, stretched stills, long recaps & sluggish animation. HIGHLY recommend switching to One Pace now or asap until the last few episodes of Ennies Lobby (then back to One Pace for Thriller Bark). Currently, 4 OP episodes only cover about 4 manga chapters, while most modern anime adapt 3-4 chapters per ONE episode. You guys have also previously mentioned how the anime feels like it delivers breadcrumbs of info per episode - it’s about to get even worse cause during this time the anime got close to catching up with the manga & from here on out, pacing is progressively worse as Toei resorts to these tactics that hurt the story by bloating it with stretched out scenes and bad filler.

Bruh I remeber lurking on this patreon when One Piece was just a meme on the horizon, and thinking it would never be watched. The fact that by next week they will be at TB, approaching the halfway line, is trippy as frick.
