02/11/2026 Development Update
How are we, people? Time for another devlog of doom. Since the last devlog, I've made some good progress on the script, and it's looking promising that I can start rendering before the end of this month. Also gonna try making a wallpaper this week; been a while since I've made one.
Progress
For the script, by the looks of it, I'd say it's 90% done. Now that I'm looking at it as a whole again, I can say confidently that chapter 4 will have a longer runtime than chapter 3. Chapter 3 only had 21 scenes while chapter 4 will feature 40+ scenes. Which means there will be more renders, more dialogues, more suffering.
I originally planned to shorten the chapter a little bit but thought that it'd make more sense if I keep it as is. Hope that doesn't backfire on me when I enter the inevitable development hell during each chapter. Anyway, just wanted to let you know, the schedule is tight, but I'm making good progress.
What is your favourite (gaming) mouse?
So, if you have sticked around for long enough, you probably know that I have a pretty bad obsession with gaming mice. So this week's question for you guys is, what is your favourite mouse, and why is it your favourite? Is it because of the shape, weight, clicks...? Let me know what kind of deciding factors you have when choosing a mouse!

Not much to add in this devlog, because I can't think about any topic to talk about. I'll start posting some preview when I start rendering. As always, thanks for your continual support. Logitech MX518, best overall shape is great it's heavy by today's standards but I always liked it, great quality, for me fast enough. I had it for almost 20 years before it died

Could you give us a sneak peek of what's coming up? 😏☕. As for my mouse, I don’t even know the model. It’s a Redragon with two extra buttons on the left that I never use 😅. I've played competitive games like League of Legends and Warcraft 3 with any mouse and just needed to tweak the DPIs a bit. Having said that, I really hated those old mice with a trackball underneath... those were truly awful and were among the first ones I ever owned. In 2006, my mom bought me an inexpensive laser mouse with no trackball, and I haven't had to think twice about my mouse since then 😎. I’m pretty simple when it comes to keyboards, too. They do need to be full-sized, though, with a number pad on the right, for when I use the calculator. The one I have now has subtle backlighting, which makes it easy to see the keys in the dark.
