Unzip the downloaded tray folder and place the tray files into your Sims 4 Tray folder, which can be found at Documents Β» Electronic Arts Β» The Sims 4 Β» Tray.
Place mods files from the downloaded mods folder into your Sims 4 Mods folder located at Documents Β» Electronic Arts Β» The Sims 4 Β» Mods.
Make sure to download all the custom content and sliders in the cc folder or else your sim might look different than mine i think
