Build me a castle (Wip Sketch)
Don't know why but I always thought that Canterlot is a castle of Celestia. It is white as well as she is, it have style more similar with Celestia than with Luna.
Plus Celestia is an elder sister, and therefore she is the main (in my opinion anyway)
So I thought - What if Luna also want Own Castle?
Something what will fits her style. She also a Monarch, as well as Celestia is, and so I think she has all rights to claim on own castle))
Every Princess deserves own castle! X)
This is how civil wars begin.........

Your idea matches canon, actually, in extended universe at least. Before NMM incident, Luna and Celestia had shared castle. One you see in first episode and later as ruins. That's Castle of Two Sisters. Canterlot have been build after, that's Celestia's castle. Nightmare Moon built her own, which was retaken by Luna after Nightmare Rarity incident (and probably restored, because it was a ruin too)
This is so awesome! It ties in very succinctly with the new throne room from the MLP movie and Season 8 which incorporates stylistic elements of everyone's favourite lunar Princess.
Thank you ^w^
I totally love this idea, I always imagined something deep in a valley or heavily forested.
Every castle looks more beautiful when it is on a mountain surrounded by forests))
Think princess Luna castle will be somewhere underground in a huge cavern. Luna is the aspect of night. Maybe even magical where her castle will only show up under moonlight also. Its just a idea
Hm.... you know, you brings me interesting thoughts) I think I absolutely agree with you, it sounds interesting))
What about their ancient castle which built in the Everfree Forest?
Honestly first I also thought about this, but that castle are ruins. I think Luna would like to prefer new )
Poor Luna!
Why?)
Hmm now that you mention it Canterlot is really ... Celestia themed. And you are right I would like to see a city (castle) in her "style". I am not so sure about the civil war but if it comes to something like that I would protect her with my life and soul. By my honor.
Honestly I think Celestia will agree for own castle for Luna without war) Only if Luna will not claim for own separate state^^
This is adorable. And you're right every princess does deserve her own castle.
Heh, happy that you agree, thank you ^_^
