Taking a short break from GrimLewd
Hey there kids! There should be another GrimLewd vote happening right now BUT that's going to have to be postponed for a week or two.
GrimLewd grew a bit too ambitious in scope [those comics take a lot of time to finish] and now I am getting close to falling behind on Alfie. This year I am aiming at having no breaks and delays with that comic so I will prioritise it for now. Got to get that one over the finish line!
Doing the "Week at the Library" comic did not help. That was supposed to take like a week to finish. What the hell happened haaaaaa
Anyway, I'll be back to doing the votes early december. Possibly in a limited scope? Maybe a NSFW comic for the main character vote and a simple NSFW illustration for the non MC votes? We'll see.
Also I still want to finish the "midlife crisis" story at some point. When? How? No idea.

Finishing reading a great story is like finishing opening the last present, so I for one don't mind the wait (though I am really looking forward to seeing how Alfie ends!!)
oml I thought you were abandoning midlife crisis altogether so glad I'm wrong
Here for Alfie. Everything else is a super bonus. Take care of yourself. You matter the most.
Treasuring every page of Alfie :) A story that has been so long in the making! The intervals of time in between new strips actually add to the enjoyment
Rest, rest, rest.
Take your time! Take breaks! Please don't burn yourself out!
Love your work, and thank you for all you put into it. No worries about the time you need. Hope your holidays ahead are lovely~
honestly a week or two breaking really isn't even that bad considering the quality you give us so nothing to apologise for
Thanks for all your hard work, InCase! Quality is definitely preferred to quantity, so take your time and don't stress out. 🩷
Midlife Crisis On Infinite Girls
Thanks so much for the update. <3 Thrilled to hear Midlife crisis is still on your mind. No rush on it. Just happy to hear that it hasn't been forgotten.
Thanks for the heads up!
I think I understand the urge to do so much at once. When something new comes up it has an urgency all its own, and it can be painful to not give it attention. But, this kind of situation is why, when oil paint was all the rage, artists had studios and apprentices. You may want to think about getting people to help with the lower-level things like flatting and lettering. But in any case, take care of yourself. None of your fans have ever died or lost body parts from waiting for the next page. Some of us squawk like they have, but they're just trying to find a way to fill the time. :-)
I always thought of grimlewd as a project for when you were done with Alfie and the fact that you have put out so much work for it seems like madness. It is very easy to come up with a whole lot of cool and exciting things to do, more even than you have time for, try not to burn yourself out doing so.
Please DO NOT burnt yerself out with assumptions of us expecting you to keep pumping out arts. Go at a smooth pace that doesn't exhaust you. <3
Take your time! I prefer a little more quality than quantity, and I'd want you to take whatever time you need to recharge creative batteries, catch up, tend to real life, etc. Thanks for all your efforts.
Would love to see midlife crisis finished 🤗
Midlife Crisis. More, please.
When you are reasonably able, of course!
I hope “Week at the Library” isn’t finished yet. I want to see the punishment. I think she wants it too.
Take all the time you need! Mad respect for your hustle!
I'm not following the Grim Lude stuff closely. I look at the illustrations but don't read the text. I care about what happens to Alfie, her friends and her mother.
Take all the time you need.
Take care 💜
Take all the time you need mate!!! Lifes first!
