I'm an edge-case on the writing: I want you to continue. But I don't read it in depth because I'm writing a story myself. If I'm allowed an opinion then here it is: Write less about sex, and more about the ideal of love, where people refuse to let the outer world get inside the relationship and drag them down.. Read an essay by Tolkien titled "On Fairy-Stories", then shift your writing so that it's based on Imagination and not on Drama. Make your characters kinder and healthier. Fire up your imagination with some of the mind boggling photos that people take of astonishingly beautiful places in this world. The Ideal comes to life thru Art. Written, drawn, or both, you have the skills.

What I think would be interesting : 1.You set limitst on idea submisions. 2.Audience submits their ideas. 3. You pick one to do from them.

I'm always about the author doing their own thing. But I do appreciate my opinions being heard and considered. It's nice to be acknowledged by an author you follow.

So I voted all the options except prefer audience, and don't like writing. Like others I'm down for whatever is best for you. The actual nuance of my preference is long form driven by you, maybe spiced with some polls here or there if you wanted, and occasional short more-audience driven ideas. I love the writing, and hope for as much illustration as you can do without hurting yourself. I honestly love almost everything of yours I've ever seen, and the small amount that didn't grab me was pictures involving two dudes. I'm not close minded enough to much care that once in a while you cater to a portion of your audience that I don't share preferences with. So after all that do whatever you want, and I'll stick around to eagerly see the next thing.

To be honest, there might be programs available that could use your artwork as a template, and be able to generatecomplete comics based on scene descriptions, where you could add word balloons, sound effects, etc, without overstressing your injuries.

I'm all for whatever ticks your buttons. I enjoy the writing a lot and also your images, so I'm going to be happy. I also like more in depth characters, so your projects there too.

I would personally much rather see your personally inspired work than whatever diluted version of consensus us degenerates produce. I didn't subscribe because I wanted my voice to be heard, I subscribed because I thought your voice was worth listening to. All that aside, I do think an occasional vote is alright if you're feeling in a rut and want a change of pace.

I enjoy the writing, and any projects of yours featuring intersex women or effeminate men are always a win in my book. However, I do hope the writing doesn't take priority over the art itself. I understand your medical situation preventing any major art projects, but the main reason I am on this patreon is because of the art itself. My dream is to hope to commission you in the future, but I don't think that'll ever be likely to happen. Still, I'll support you with whatever you decide to do!

I have loved everything I have seen you produce, I do have a question about one of your other pieces of work if that is ok.

Grimlewd is by far my favorite work of yours. It's the reason I originally started a subscription, though I was reading Alfie a long time before. A comment on voter driven content: I'm all for women with dicks. Or effeminate men. I like everything. But, when given the option, those are always the majority vote choice. I don't always even read all the options and vote anymore because my choice has never won. I would really like to see more variety of character physical characteristics. (I want some Wolke so bad) Edit, adding one more thought: I would judge myself medium to well traveled on the selection of english language web-comics, porn or otherwise. Your drawing, writing, storytelling and world building is phenomenal. There is nothing else out there quite like Grimlewd, which I think is reflected in the commentary here. It's unique and exciting. Alfie and The Invitation made me feel the same way. You are a great artist and I will enjoy whatever you do because you were the creator.

TLDR: please consider releasing a physical copy of Alfie for purchase 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💕 I’ve enjoyed Alfie for a long time and I’ve liked pretty much all of your illustrations and web comics over the years. I haven’t had time to sit and read your short stories but the writing from your webcomics has always been enjoyable. I think I’ll like and support whatever you do for as long as I can.

I love it when you post a few options for things that are already your idea, and the patrons vote on their favorites for what you felt good about doing, anyway. If I had to go all the way to one end of the spectrum or the other, I would much rather see you work on what you feel excited about instead of just taking ideas from us without feeling good about it.

I'm a big fan of your work. I left for a little while but came back when I saw Alfie was finished. I LOVE your Grimlewd universe. I been describing it to my friends : "Imagine earth in the dark ages, Galactus arrives and dies on earth. Galactus' corpse generates all manner of magic and supernatural occurrences/ power and fundamentally alters the course of human evolution and society." The porn is just a fun bonus for me.

Grimlewd is fantastic! It's not the waifu royale aspect I love, but the lore and the world and the storytelling - it is top-tier porn-with-plot and I just want to know so much more!

Im loving the writing and find the Grimlewd setting very compelling. If we could vote on the setting of a long form story Grimlewd would be mine. But, while on the topics of short stories and one off illustrations, I love any and all work that comes our way, though I would say idea submission might be my favorite. I really enjoyed coming up with ideas and trying to compose them well enough draw the interest of this little community. Not to mention reading through everyone else's ideas was always a sweet treat. In short, I'm excited to see where your creativity guides you with the long form stories, but would still like to be able to submit ideas every now and again.

Kinda mix for writing, audience participate and the grimlewd. I do love more for world building/background art with how you drew the settings for alfie and grimlewd. Forgive me if making other artists, been getting into rapscallion Vice & Violence setting and also Jay Naylor fantasy world with the lore both of them have. So be cool to see alfie workd still expanded on lore both nsfw and sfw.

I like your writing, but I rarely have the time to read and enjoy it. I prefer your art, and I'm not picky about where your inspiration comes from or even the rate at which you produce. Grimlewd was really great for me because it included small chunks of writing that I could reasonably read, and I liked that the art accompanied it. I also would prefer that you slow your roll a bit and avoid burnout and injury more seriously. I really don't like the feeling that the fun content I enjoy is coming at the cost of the artist's physical and mental health, which is why I'm here paying for it on Patreon in the first place. Take care of yourself and find a sustainable pace, and that probably means changing what you do regularly.

I joined primarily for Grimlewd. The variety is nice, but I hope to see more of that in particular. Great setting for some stories, as others have noted. I also remember some Victorian ladies and some fan art of popular characters you did years ago — would love to see more of those as well.

I subscribed to this patreon because I liked what you were already doing, not because I liked what other people voted on what they wanted you to do. Ultimately I'd rather see you doing what makes you passionate.

I'm more interested in seeing you pursue your own ideas, but letting the audience rein you in a bit if you're sticking to one niche too much... than seeing the audience submit all the ideas, and you pick from them. However, I can imagine that you may need some extra ideas supplied at times, and that you may occasionally want to be a bit limited in order to foster new creativity. A nuanced, not entirely committal answer from yours truly!

Honestly, I think a story written in the GrimLewd world has a FUCK load of potential and that world has some absolutely goregous visuals associated with it that look phenomenal, NSFW or not

I have been loving your written stories of late! I would love to see a bit more illustration included in them. You’ve said that too complicated to draw (or something like that) but the Puazi world is still one of my favorite things you’ve created. I would love to see that come back, in any form, if you’re inspired to do so.

I think I prefer to follow a more focus project as mainline but I also like Patreon Idea Submission sparled in a bit. Serve as bit refresher/change of pace. I loved Grimlewd and the worldbuilding that came with it, felt very compelling and want to know more about it and explore it more (and very inspiring for my own TTRPG). On Waifu Royale it's much more dependant on the result of polls/character and less certain how I feel about it as some felt repetitive. On writing I like it a lot in concept and liked the art who came up from it but didn't had the time to properly read it.
