Project updates and a short break.
I very, very mildly reinjured my thumb while exercising my hand too intensly, so I am taking a week off from drawing to rest it. The only reason I am writing this is so you don't have to wonder about where the next Waifu Royale vote is. I'll set it up next week.
I thought that this could be a good time to do a rundown of everything I am working on right now.
Alfie Epilogue:
I was midway through finishing page 20/33 when I had to stop. We're in the home stretch people! Attached to this post, you can see some fun panels I picked from the first 14 pages. I think the whole chapter will be finished either by the end of december, or very early next year.
I Will Never Forgive You:
Took a lil break from this one, but I am back. Writing does not affect my thumb, so I'll be focusing on writing chapter 6 for the next week. I have a pretty tight outline for the rest of the story, so expect maybe 1 chapter per month from now on.
GrimLewd:
I don't think I'll be working on it after all. I recently sat down to try to work out how to approach the project and it made me sick. Honestly, after Alfie is finished, I want to spend a while not committing to anything too long term. GrimLewd would take me years to do properly. Maybe in the future.
Waifu Royale 2:
Full steam ahead. I am having fun with this, and I want to spend time on it. Exact opposite of the issue with GrimLewd. Big titty ladies go brrrrrr
Witch&Nun + MidlifeCrisis:
Will finish these once Alfie is finished. I can only handle one comic at a time.
Tekken 8:
As it turns out, you can play Tekken with only one hand if you want it hard enough. It's been a pretty depressing thing to have to give up most video games, but recently I've been clawing my way back using more unorthodox control methods. Perhaps it's not the most relevant thing to this patreon, but I felt like including it. :)

FYI Gang Buttsmithy is back up and working so that's a good thing
There's a type of arcade stick where it replaces a standard arcade stick with buttons for input. The idea is to help alleviate arthritis and other conditions. A common brand for it is called hit box, but there's versions from brands like 8bitdo. Might be a good alternative for you.
Dunno if you've seen yet, but buttsmithy.com seems to be unavailable. Attempts to connect get message that the site's SSL certificate is invalid.

When I sprained my thumb, I was still able to play video games using my good hand and my foot. Maybe try that out. (Yes, I'm joking.) I'm wishing you speed in your recovery and looking forward to seeing everything that's on its way!
I feel like a fight stick would help make at least most fighting games easier to play.

It's relevant, at worst case because it impacts your creative output. On a more serious tone, there are controllers aimed at people with reduced or altered mobility/manipulation. A foot pedal or two would be the least eyebrow-raising extension of a control schema, though I'm admittedly unsure if it would be accepted in any professional match. (but even xbox released their 'adaptive controller'.)
controller rules in fighting games are extremely broad these days, as long as they're not pressing multiple inputs at once on a hardware level foot controls would be fully allowed especially if the user has a hand injury.

To game while not further injuring yourself you may want to look into gaming solutions for "accessibility" , though anything you find is likely to be fairly custom and expensive. Microsoft came out with a gamepad targeting this market the Xbox Adaptive Controller, which a quick Google shows runs about $90. Not cheap I'll admit, but maybe worth it. I hope your recovery is speedy, complete, and full of enjoyable games! We'll be here when you're better, however long that is.
Sorry about your thumb. But is great to hear about the rest of the projects. Very curious about who Alfie's bed friend is and their relationship. Very excited to hear about the plans to continue Midlife Crisis and Witch&Nun. Love those series. Hope you can rest and recover well. Thanks for the update.
Awesome to see the Alfie wips. Excited to see it finished and what happens exactly with everyone! But be sure to rest when you can! Super excited for the continuation of the nun and witch story too! Seems like Alfie is going the brothel mistress route with a goblin friend with benefits, and her mom isn’t exactly thrilled about that! Understandable really. Looks like Alfie has no ‘true love’ though, she’s a swinging brothel matron in the end it seems. I just hope everyone is happy where they end up and there are no hard feelings or anger towards each other. And did Ozge always have arm hair like that? lol
I was also wondering about Ozge's arm. Looks to me like maybe she was mating with a cactus.
Oh no, I hope you heal soon! I guess most artists have injured thumbs XD I also have injured thumb but due to low vitamin D and constant stress.

Sorry to hear your hand was re-injured. Hope it gets better soon. A little sad to hear Grimlewd is being retired. I really enjoyed the series, but all things end. Glad to hear that Witch & Nun will get picked back up eventually though.
