Great Puazi Lore Document v0.7

You can just skip below to the 'overview' section if you just want the skinny.

Long ago, as a challenge to myself, I came up with an idea of a sexy alien species called the Puazi who get unreasonably horny when in the presence of humans. I drew a comic about one of them, and a couple more images about some others. After that I decided to drop the idea forever for two reasons: One, they are a pain in the ass to draw. Two, the Puazi concept is really fucking grim if you think about it beyond the surface level. That whole species is a consent nightmare.

While I don't have any problems with stories that rely on porn logic, or non-con, I prefer to write stories that are more psychologically realistic and on the consensual side. So I stayed away from the HR nightmare, orange deer people... But I never quite stopped thinking about them, because they're fucking fun! Maybe that's why they are one of the most popular ideas I've ever come up with? It's been ten years since I drew that comic, and I still see new fanarts pop up.

Now that I started writing smut, I've been thinking about these orange freaks more and more. If I want to write a story about them, I don't have to measure the effort in hundreds of panels where I have to get their horns and patterns right... I can just draw one or two illustrations per story and call it a day. That makes them way more attractive to me as an artist recovering from RSI.

Which leaves the consent/silliness problem... Which can be addressed by adding and changing a couple of elements to the setting. Now that I think about it, the idea of aliens living amongst humans, while dealing with differing views on sex and intimacy is quite interesting. You can squeeze some interesting storytelling out of it.

Which brings us to what this document is. A ten years later soft reboot of the Puazi species. Now with LORE and CONSENT and GRAVITAS

(Now watch nobody caring because silliness and non-con was why people liked the idea to begin with :D)

I consider everything I wrote in this post a second draft and not really finished yet. I am open to changing almost anything here if a better idea strikes me or is suggested. I don't normally write out my worldbuilding ahead of time. I prefer to come up with it as I need it.

I am writing all this for the benefit of people that like the idea of Puazi and want to know more, to make their own OC's or whatever they feel like it. I am open to suggestions.

I decided not to try to make any of this make sense from an evolutionary point of view. All of the Puazi biology and psychology are shaped towards the end result of being good porn fodder and less so to be consistent. I might change my mind about it in the future, but for now that's how I am looking at it.

Overview:

Puazi are a humanoid alien species that had been living on earth with humans for over a century. They've long since assimilated and became part of humanity's everyday experience. By the early 21st century, they comprise about 5% of the population of earth, but they're most numerous in the USA and eastern Europe, where they are about 10% of the population.

They appear as orange and dark brown humanoids, with deer-like features: Horns, tails and horizontal pupils. If they're exposed to human pheromones, they go in Heat, becoming aroused and losing most of their inhibitions. The strength of the reaction varies between individuals; ranging between losing their minds and not being affected at all.

Sexuality and relationships:

Amongst themselves Puazi live in complicated poly relationships, with loose rules around sex and intimacy. Away from humans, adult Puazi's go into Heat sporadically, triggered by proximity to their mates and their fertility cycles. On average, a typical Puazi would go into heat for a couple of hours about every other month without human involvement. While the Puazi poly-groups tend to be welcoming to humans, their inclusion is carefully managed because of how much Heat they induce.

Nowadays about half of adult Puazi are a part of such poly relationships, the rest preferring a more human monogamous approach. The difference is mostly cultural. Puazi raised by monogamous couples tend to prefer monogamy as well and vice versa.

In order to function in society, Puazi who need it, take easily available medication that eases the effects of the Heat. It is a culturally sensitive issue amongst them, since it disrupts their traditional relationship structures. Some choose not to take the pill on ideological grounds if they can manage it. Most take it, especially if they have to interact with humans on a daily basis.

The chemical formula for the medication is so simple that it can be practically made at home with common plant ingredients. It is possible for a Puazi to manage their Heat by simply including the medicine ingredients into their diets, but it's less effective that way. Either way, availability of the medicine is never an issue. It's on the same level as basic pain pills or lozenges.

Meta point: The medication availability is designed to avoid any sort of monetary pressure on Puazi. Even the poorest have good access to it. Plus it explains how they managed to function on earth before the medication was developed.

Biology and gender:

Puazi are less sexually dimorphic than humans. Both their males and females tend to be more slender and feminine by human standards. Primary differences between them are skin patterns and horn shapes. (that I've yet to figure out.)

A major difference between puazi and humans is gender and genital distribution. Culturally, Puazi children are not gendered until they hit puberty and start developing secondary sexual characteristics, which are often independent of their genitals. At which point they pick a gender based on how they're developing and feeling. As a result about 50% of adult puazi women have penises and men vagina's.

// Not sure about the bit below. I might get rid of it

Puazi bodies keep changing and developing their entire lives, through a series of hormonal changes spaced about ten years apart from their first puberty. They tend to accumulate more fat in their hips and breasts, growing more and more voluptuous as they age, regardless of sex. It varies greatly between individuals though. Some retain the slender bodies of their youth.

The changes, combined with the Puazi lack attitudes towards gender result in some Puazi changing their gender over the course of their lives. The older a Puazi is, the more likely they are to be a woman.

//End of uncertain bit.

Puazi are on average physically weaker than humans, due to their more delicate bone structure. They also tend to weigh less than a human of equivalent size. They are, however, faster and more dexterous.

Psychology:

Puazi and humans are very similar psychologically for the most part. There is a lot of variance on a level of an individual, but when you zoom out to the level of species patterns emerge:

While humans are more prone to conflict on the ingroup-outgroup axis, Puazi are more likely to form alliances with outgroups. While they are no strangers to exploiting others, they prefer to avoid problems by making everybody at least somewhat happy.

Puazi tend to only ever use violence in a defensive context, if they have no choice. They are rather skittish and will run away from conflict more often than humans.

Sexually, Puazi are a lot more fluid than humans. While they do have preferences, very few of them are either strictly homo or hetero sexual. Furthermore, they tend to view sex and love as almost entirely separate. Many of them chafe at human's more strict sexual norms. Their attitudes towards gender are similar.

History and place in the world:

Puazi living on earth are a self-liberated faction of a former slave species that managed to shake off their oppressors and escape on stolen colony ships. Their species originated billions of light-years away from earth, in an unknown part of space. They don't know how to get back home, or where home is.

They nearly burned out their ships repeatedly wormhole-jumping their whole fleet to get as far away as possible from their galaxy of origin in search of safety. As a result they arrived in the Milky Way in a dwindling fleet of half-working ships in a desperate need of a place to land. Earth being the only habitable planet in range they could reach after the last jump fried their wormhole-travel capabilities.

They landed on earth in the year 1916 half-crashing into the territory of then Russia, around the Ural mountains right in the middle of world war I. The arrival of a million aliens put a damper on the whole thing, ending the hostilities earlier than in our history.

Various human armies did try to take the alien ships by force, but it ended really, really, really badly for them. Puazi may not be very aggressive as a rule, but the ship weapons were more than enough to demoralise any army that tried taking them.

The Puazi, somewhat horrified at the mess of a planet they found themselves stranded on, spent the following decades trading pieces of advanced technology (mostly medical and energy focused) for asylum and goodwill. All the while sending delegations towards every major power center on the planet to build long lasting alliances, as was their custom.

While Puazi initially settled around their spaceships for protection, they soon began venturing out further and settling all around the world, making sure to bring the benefits of their advanced technology to their new homes. That, combined with their skills in diplomacy and being overall very attractive and rather non-threatening to an average human, resulted in them quickly spreading through most of the advanced world.

Plus, any nation that treated their alien immigrants badly soon found themselves cut off from the new technology and an enemy of a growing number of states sympathetic to the aliens. The fact that almost every world leader quickly found themselves with a Puazi lover did not hurt.

Soon enough there was a population of Puazi living in every major human city, gently, but firmly prodding, cajoling and enticing humanity along towards a more peaceful future. No matter how they bitched and moaned about it along the way. The Puazi can be very convincing when they want to be.

While the first half a century of Puazi life on earth was full of resistance from various groups and ideologies, they were slowly, but surely squashed. Vast majority of the world eventually gave up any attempt at shaking-off their new attractive alien friends. By the start of the 21st century Puazi were more or less legally equal citizens in all of the developed world.

Puazi themselves do not have a nation of their own, never seeing a point in it. They prefer to live amongst the humans and assimilate with their gracious hosts. The colony ships have been long since scrapped for raw materials and technology. All of the high-tech weapons were destroyed in what Puazi scientists assured the humans were a series a freak accidents that totally could not have been helped. Thankfully nobody was hurt.

There are still some humans who consider what Puazi did to earth an invasion, they are mostly seen as cooks and conspiracy theorists. The idea that Puazi leaders conducted a carefully planned campaign of sexual manipulation and political conquest spanning a century is seen as ridiculous to the general public.

And even if it was true... So what? Humanity is better off for it. Besides, look at them! They're just so cute!

Religion and culture:

Puazi are not very particular about religion. Their own beliefs are a fluid mish-mash of animism and whatever other people they come in contact with believe. After landing on earth puazi were very quick to roll Christianity up in their ball of beliefs, finding the person of Christ and his ideas of humility and charity very appealing. They are just Christian enough to not offend the major religion, while ignoring parts they don't care for. As a result many Puazi can outwardly appear Christian, while acting in entirely unchristian ways.

They've similarly found ways to become just Muslim, Hindu, etc enough to coexist more or less peacefully with devout believers.

Puazi that don’t adapt the human cultural norms tend to have large polyamorous relationships called clusters, including many individuals, mate pairs, throuples and so on. They can vary in size from as few as three individuals to multiple dozens. Each individual puazi is not limited to only being a part of one cluster, which sometimes results in vast sprawling networks of relationships that are nearly incomprehensible to humans.

Children are brought up communally, and are considered to be everybody's in a cluster. Closer bonds with birth parents are common, but not required.

Clusters tend to consist of a core group of bonded pairs and throuples with a handful of unbonded individuals. The relationships between individual Puazi in a cluster vary greatly, but they usually involve sex.

Types of bonds: // Need better names for those.

-Mates: a romantically involved pair bound together by romantic love and sex. Closest equivalent to human relationships.

-Partners: a pair bound primarily by friendship.

-sex-friends: a pair bound primarily by sex.

-child-mates: a pair bound primarily by a want to reproduce.

Language:

While Puazi have their own language, they tend to prefer whatever the native population speaks around them. While most puazi know both languages, they rarely use their own language save for ceremonial purposes.

Puazi culture does not have a concept of surnames, so the majority of the Puazi that landed on earth took Russian last names. Which is why, even now in the 21st century most of them still have them, even if they live outside of Russia.

Technology:

Due to the unfortunate and entirely unpreventable accident none of the alien weapons were passed on to humans. There were, however, many advancements that were shared.

-Advanced medical technology, eliminating most deadly diseases, and vast majority of STD's

-Energy technology, mostly solar power, eliminated the need for fossil fuels.

-Advanced logistics and bioengineering resulted in better crops and elimination of world hunger. As a result world population reached ten billion humans in the early 21st century with half a billion puazi keeping their company.

In practice, the world of the 21st century is one with less disease, hunger and conflict. The phones are better, the cars are faster and the video games have better graphics. Life is similar to what we have, just slightly better in every way.

Plus there's a machine that can make your dick bigger. It's a good place to live.

Meta, or what am I even trying to accomplish here?

I want to create a setting that looks mostly like a contemporary world but where every possible version of a Puazi porn fantasy could function without breaking immersion/lore. You can mix and match the strength of the Heat (No need for pills or will go insane without them), sexual attitudes (stricter human norms or more free love puazi?), cultural background (Modern human or Alien), and consent levels.

A couple of examples of combinations:

-Chistian, human cultured Puazi struggles with super high heat reaction even with pills.

-Culturally Puazi polycule welcomes a human friend for some casual group sex

-Human cultured Puazi stops taking pills the second they get to college for that shameful slut experience.

-Puazi couple asks a human friend to help them induce heat to conceive easier.

-Puazi/human traditional couple try to go without pills and a lot of monogamous sex ensues.

-Any obvious Puazi non-con scenario.

Between the clash of cultures, heat levels, pills and sexual attitudes you can squeeze out a lot of smaller and larger stories from this setting.

Let me know what you think! I am open to changing most of what I've written above if there is a good reason to do so. That's part of the reason why I avoided committing to any details like horn shapes or diet etc.. That stuff comes later, after the broad strokes are figured out.

This is probably going to disappear into obscurity, but After finding this post, I've had some thoughts on Puazy biology, especially the "not sure" bit (which I largely love). I live for nerdy world-building and solid character building. I like quality stories, even for my smutt! I've left a wall of text on your "Going Raw" chapter 6 on AOO. (I've only now realized I could comment here as a filthy freeloader, and I don't know if Patreon is suitable for long comments).

I'm late but boy did I prefer the Puazi when it wasn't implied to all hell that they have altered humanity's fate and denied us our own agency, making us so amazingly more passive and weaker as a result. I sure do hope those aliens who enslaved the Puazi don't ever show up on Earth because now that humanity is less warlike (but hey we don't hunger anymore), we won't be able to defend ourselves from actual enslaving aliens. But hey we have orange waifu at least.

Late reply to this, but: I always liked the idea having the Puazi in the Star Trek universe. A friend of mine even plays one in an online Star Trek RPG. (And yes, they play kinky, so it works) I just try to imagine the first contact with the Federation on their planet...

I enjoy the lore, and I think it's great that Puazi prefer peace and mutual prosperity over conflict. I like the idea of a peaceful world with lots of sex and good feelings toward others. I'd prefer to keep non-con out of stories, but I can also appreciate some of the gray areas, such as humans "helping" Puazi who forgot their pills.

The way human research developed must have changed dramatically with the arrival of the Puazi. In Mathematics, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics and to a certain, potentially very large extent, Biology, rather than discovering it or developing it from scratch, now it would have been a matter of adapting or reverse engineering it from the Puazi. The infrastructure to do all of that would still have to be created from scratch, which would have required its own developments (making the tools to make the tools to make this one thing and so on). And the Puazi might know how the technology the arrived with works and how it is made but not all the technical developments from WWI tech up to that point (imagine telling the ancient Greeks or Romans how the reactor of your aircraft carrier works, without knowing how to do all the stuff to make the steel for the reactor). But Physics and Mathematics for example, could have made a massive step rather quickly. In the present time, much of the natural sciences and related areas would probably be seen as an exercise in finally catching up to the Puazi.

HARK! · June 8, 2025

If the Puazi were slaves, how did they know to pilot the ships? Just what roles did they have back when they lived under their former masters? I do think that the idea of them having been slaves has a certain amount of functionality for the setting. Yet it raises a lot of questions as well. Such as, why any species that could do what the Puazi's former captors could do, would even want slaves? Was that a cultural thing? I always thought that highly developed science fiction and general slavery are difficult to mix. Slaves have a myriad of issues for the captors. Issues that robots would not have. At most, they could be used for really simple tasks that are difficult to actually mess up. Like digging up gold. If you don't mind the inefficiency that is, which a troupe of mining robots would not have. But that would mean that the Puazi would not need to know much about anything, other than how to use a shovel. If they were used as sex slaves, one of the few areas where a slave can make sense in this case, we have the same issue. Why would they know stuff?

If one wishes to maximise the potential options for the setting, it would be necessary to also have more masculine Puazi as well. After all, it is very much possible for one to have fantasies that involve such Puazi.

Love Puazzi, and all of this information would be amazing help for me to adapt them into d&d... I already did a warlock patron heavily inspired by The Invitation. But at this point it looks like the nsfw handbook they would fit into may eventually be moving towards a hardcover, so I'd want to actually get permission before including them as a playable race.

Very nice :) , I hope you continue with the worldbuilding. I would say ditch the section you are in doubt with, it does not seem to add anything and might detract from further future freedom. So far, you are describing a very interesting world, and I hope for more material from this side of your creativity. Puazi really are a great plot point in what they allow to show of in-lore, without making things sound awkward (well, unintentionally awkward, I mean).

How is humanity's general outlook on the reality that there is at least one other, potentially very hostile, species somewhere in space? While that species is definitely not impossible to deal with, as the Puazi managed to escape from it, they did so with technology currently unavailable to humanity. Sure, the Puazi went very far away from them, yet that distance is meaningless. If the Puazi can span it, so can others as well. While the Puazi certainly wished to and managed to keep daily life on Earth peaceful, can they really manage to keep humans from building up to meet any potential threat that can find Earth? I would guess that there ought to be at least some Puazi who also wish to prepare for that scenario. While this is certainly not going to be the focus of the stories here, which I am fine with, a story does not have to fully explore every aspect of its setting, having perhaps some references to this in the background would be neat. It could be an interesting component of the relationship between humans and Puazi, with humanity appreciating the Puazi, while being astonished by how easy going they seem about this situation. The Puazi can find it equally strange how focused humanity seems, when it comes to fighting something that they consider too distant to even care about.

H
HARK! · June 6, 2025

It is certainly difficult at times to develop a setting for a story, without having them be at odds with each other in some way. It is certainly possible to not focus on the possibility of hostiles finding Earth. A setting can end up with a myriad of subjects that could be explored in the story taking place in it but the story can only focus on some and has goals that would not need every aspect of the setting. Now, if having a hostile species in the setting would lead to too many headaches with how that could be dealt with, then it could be changed. The Puazi on Earth could be the result of their very first attempt to settle on an exoplanet. They used the highly experimental tech to make wormholes and everything except for the wormhole went wrong. They ended up somewhere else entirely, could not go back and Earth was the next best place. They knew that it would be a one way trip, even if they reach the initially intended planet, and no means of communication would have existed anyway. In short, no one would or could be looking for them. Later mission would notice that they never reached the intended place but that would not surprise them, the risk of the first attempt and all that.

The Puazi are always fun especially for their look. One thing you can do for the Heat is to make it a little more mild than before yes, but that's for when their off cycle. when they're on, it can get more intense, but also affecting humans enough to get them horny. There it can make the con/non-con issues a little more two ways to sometimes make a situation messier in a silly way, or to make it easier to say neither had as much control. As far as the latter gender/sex development, you can go the route of them changing only for mates based on the other's desires. This can especially be true if they become mates with a Human and that person's preferences or desires subconsciously influence their mates body. And for folks that are conspiratorial against Puazi, most of the folks who are like that tend to be very sex negative and often extreme in other ways too. You can make a lot of villains from that. Overall, good run through of a setting with these horny hot deer folk.

Child-mates sounds a bit weird. The phrase brought to my mind an arranged marriage situation, where two kids are engaged to each other by the respective families. Maybe breeding mates, gene-mates, or something similar might be a better fit for that type of bond.

In terms of pop culture, how are the Puazi present in it? For example, VOGUE, the magazine, was founded in 1892, so it would have to have existed in the setting. And if it still does, do the Puazi have a VOGUE Puazi, or are the Puazi in every version of it? And how would something like Warhammer 40k be like? Or any TTRPG for that manner? Do they include concepts from Puazi mythology and fantasy as well?

The Puazi have always been one of my favourites, but I too have spent some time thinking about the consent elements and how the whole "horny around humans" thing would work. Pills to suppress it are a good idea. I also had the idea that maybe it could be an exaggerated or popular fetishized feature. It's actually quite mild but most people think it's a stronger feature, and thus on some level choose to give it more power as a gateway to "excuse" their promiscuousness. "Oh yeah, don't you know? All Puazi get horny around humans. Now excuse me whilst I slip this in here..." Could have a story of a Puazi who has a strong heat, but unexpectedly finds themselves resisting it real easy on an occasion they're with someone they actually dislike. Also, wouldn't mind a story featuring a lone human, in a Puazi polycule, who takes a pill to synthesize what human triggered Puazi heat is like. You know, just so he/she/they can get a taste of what that experience is actually like for their Puazi friends. "You ate how many Puazi Heat Brownies? Dude, you're supposed to wait twenty to thirty minutes. Yes, I'll call Jean in from work. You're going to need all the dick you can get in twenty minutes."

Will any Puazi traits (physiological or hormonal) ever rub off on the humans of the setting? I guess both species can’t interbreed, but could be interesting if the prolonged exposure / contact between both species over the decades eventually causes some mutations in humans, and they take on some Puazi traits (tail, or some of their colorings, horns)

Yay Puazi! This idea was favorite of mine since I'm a huge Sci Fi nerd, and honestly they kinda remind of the Asari from Mass Effect which is also awesome. I'm glad we're getting more of them, I love what you have so far, but I'm also super curious on the finer details, you mention skipping over the evolutionary explanation which makes sense, but I would love to hear about how the smaller details of Puazi biology function, imo it adds a lot to world building, like from the look of them they appear to not have much body hair, does that mean they get cold easily? Or can they reproduce with humans? If so are hybrids a thing or are Puazi genes more dominant, and not to mention the cultural side of things, while you said they adapted to humans, I feel like they eventually would make up their own festivals and holidays that could be explored, like the day Puazi landed could be a huge event for people in this world.

My (very general) idea is that the history of this world diverged from ours slowly enough that everything up to WW2 still happened, but the farther we go, the more peaceful earth became. I don't have any specifics though. The meta reasoning for this is that WW2 and the Holocaust shaped the geopolitical landscape of our world greatly. If I want the Puazi world to be similar to any degree these things needed to happen in some way.

Personally I found them hot cause well, they're hot. The dub-con is like well they're really just very horny but I get the bit of maybe taking advantage of someone who's not all there similar to a drunk person. By the time I found your stuff you already made the CYOA one with Bob which filled out how very different their norms were which was part of the reason I did not see too much trouble with them.

I
InCase · June 4, 2025

Yeah, that CYOA was my a vague attempt at doing a more consensual story with the Puazi. I did not do it again because I felt like it still did not quite work without the reader doing a lot of mental legwork.

this is exactly the kind of smutty lore and world i would think up minus the possible non-con stuff. i especially love how conflict and hate got replaced with sex and love. very much looking forward to any "monogamous pairs that fuck like crazy" type stories you cook up

I’m so happy to see more Puazi! Xenobiology was the first comic of yours I saw, and is what drew me here to your Patreon!

I can understand your uncertainty about that part with their bodies continuing to change. From the biological point of view, having an organisms body continue to change as they age is hardly unrealistic. Indeed, having a visual way to show one's age to your kin is rather useful for organisms in their day to day life. Being old, but still very healthy, means that this individual is not to be underestimated. Where I do see an issue, is how the signs of this success in life (as being alive for a long time is a massive achievement in pre-stone age and stone age environments) are meant to manifest in the Puazi. They seem to be more on the flight side, when it comes to flight, fight or freeze, as you described them as generally lighter, faster and more conflict adverse than humans. Having horizontal slit pupils also indicates them as more of a prey species in what was their prehistoric home world's ecosystem, as such pupils allow for a wider horizontal field of view, good for spotting danger earlier. For such a species, gaining more weight appears counterproductive to survival, at least in my judgment. Now, in some species, having a sort of handicap inherent to their biology, is an actual thing and a sign of biological fitness. If that peacock male survived with that huge tail, it must be rather capable. So if that Puazi has that much additional weight and can still run away successfully, it must be rather capable. Thing is, this would mean that the Puazi would have to have a general reproductive preference for such individuals. It would not have to be the single deciding factor, yet it would, from a biological point of view, have to exist. Having some Puazi stay slim even with age, does fitt into this as well. Not just because genetic variation in general, but also because it gives the species additional safety. If the worst happens and most of the older ones did not manage to outrun the predators this time, then their slimmer brethren are still around for the younger ones in the group, preserving what knowledge they gained over the years. Also, with the bustier ones gone, now they are the most attractive ones around. Of course, you can ignore all this. It would not make any of this worse. Not for me at least. I do very much love very consistent world building that considers every detail from a scientific/technological background and follows up on all the implications of the established aspects in the setting. But I can and do ignore that, if the goals for the setting are somewhere else and don't depend on consistency and realism. Ultimately, it is fully up to you to decide on that aspect of the Puazi. I would be fine with it in any way, dropping it, keeping it, changing it with how Puazi are preferring it, whatever.

I
InCase · June 4, 2025

My fear with this sort of worldbuilding is that it risks optimizing the fun out of a setting. I started going down these lines myself (you got it right about the past as a prey species, that was in the document at some point), but I worry that if I include any level of reasonable evolutionary biology into the lore it all falls apart because the concept of Puazi is silly to being with. For example: I am thinking of making them grow more curvy as they age, because THICK MILF's are great, and very few fans seem to care for older Puazi men. That's it :D I do appreciate all you wrote, my inner worldbuilder really enjoyed reading it, but I will consciously stay away from that stuff for now. I'd rather come up with the rules for the species based on what's cool, and then retroactively try to fit biology into it. I could use that kind of a writeup then haha!

I really enjoy where you're going with this! And such a shame about the accidental destruction of all those weapons... 🤣🤣🤣

Inquisitor N · June 4, 2025

Most of this reads...really good. I might re-read this a few times to think of additional commentary. But some of my big questions. Who are the race that Puazi escaped from? Or was it multiple? Do they have heats with any humaniod species? Are there other aliens trying to track them across the stars? Are there stories the Puazi tell of their past? Would a Puazi of the modern time be separated enough that being a willing sex slave might appeal to them? What are Puazi views on dom/sub?

I
InCase · June 4, 2025

My goal with writing the backstory this way was to cut off any interaction with the rest of the universe, at least for now. Puazi's came to earth in a way that makes them hard to track and impossible to go back. Their oppressors are out there somewhere, but are not able to find them... Yet. We'll see in the future. To answer some of your questions: -I don't know anything about the place/species Puazi escaped from. Not really relevant to me right now. -Puazi abhorred their previous condition, hence their escape. They may be a species of bottoms, but they do have a wish for freedom and understanding of consent. -They view dom/sub dynamics similar to humans.

starflower · June 4, 2025

This is a beautiful write-up and I can very much appreciate the reasons for why you felt weary using their concept more. I am very interested in seeing how they will evolve, and what stories their concept will bring us :) I'd even feel inspired to read a whole series of novels about a setting including the Puazi! I like this species a lot and think that you've done a great job with developing them.

Hell yeah, love this! The uncertain bit you can probably drop, although one bit I'd be interested in hearing more a about is if they've effectively got an even spread of for combos of genitalia and gender presentation, what do they even consider homosexual or heterosexual? Is it on the gender presentation axis, or the genital one, or both?

I
InCase · June 4, 2025

My thinking is that in puazi culture they simply don't concern themselves with gender and sexuality that much. If you're into somebody you bond up with them. If you want kids, you find somebody who has matching genitals and work from there. Puazi culture engages with gender and sexuality only insofar as they need to to function amongst humans. For culturally human puazi it's all about gender presentation. Pretty much just trans rules.

hellenberg · June 4, 2025

Combinations three and six would both be lots of fun to explore...my humble contribution would be scenarios where there is a marked imbalance in numbers between Puazi and human (e.g. single Puazi in close proximity with lots of humans for a long time -- banging ensues -- or single human in close proximity with many Puazi)

I for one welcome our new Puazi overlords. I imagine in this AU, the sexual revolution was in part driven by them.

I
InCase · June 4, 2025

Definitely. My thinking is that once the Puazi realized that earth is a bit of a shitshow they started inserting themselves into every possible movement to steer it towards peace and equality.
