What I'm working on now
I've just finished building a mod for Cyberpunk 2077 that adds "exotics" to the game. Exotics are an idea from the original Cyberpunk TTRPGs- humans who have given themselves animal-like features through genetic engineering, surgery and custom cyberware as a kind of extreme counterculture fashion statement. In the timeline of the original RPGs, exotic body-sculpting was only available for a few wealthy eccentrics; however, CP2077 takes place five decades later, when- according to the mod's lore- a revolution in cheap transgenic "biosculpting" has made the option available to everyone.
The mod is available to download now at https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9797. It adds anthro jaguars, snow leopards, black leopards, cougars, tigers, foxes, wolves, and fennecs to the game, both as NPCs in the open world and as playable options for V. It turns River into a wolf, Panam into a cougar, and Judy into a fennec- which should all be optional in the final release. It also adds a lot of exotics-themed posters, signs, and animated billboards to the world, and overhauls the Animals gang with exotic characters, including an anthro rhino model.
I'm currently running a poll of patrons to determine which game I'll mod next, which will close an 11/8/23.

I know this isn't lore accurate but will there be an option for every NPC to be an exotic if not is there plans to turn more story NPCs into exotics like jackie welles for example also I think you are doing amazing work on this mod
Thanks. I'm not planning on changing more NPCs currently, but I may revisit the mod later for things like that after the public release- I'll probably include that as an option on a Patron poll somewhere down the line.
Did not know where to post this, but here is a update from me, (sorry if i only post already know issues): After installing the Phantom Liberty DLC. it seems that 2 things have happened: 1. there seem to be a glitch with the underwear/groin area, that makes massive glitches. 2. some exotics are glitched out in a way that they dont have a muzzle or fur, but their skin seem stretched and some of the skin is missing. But before DLC the Mod worked amazingly. (Judy is among one of the glitched individuals.) otherwise all i can say is i love the almost seamless integration of this mod into the game. so much so i am even going to wait for the update to the mod before starting the DLC.
They are working on it
Good luck on getting the mod fixed. Eagerly looking forward to doing 2.0 and PL as an exotic.
just making a suggestion here but you could also add a lion and lioness there also classed as exotics
I'm not planning on adding any other species right now, although I could change my mind about that later on.
Will you make this mod compatible with other 3rd party body mods?
Right now, I'm just focusing on getting the mod working with the 2.0 update and Phantom Liberty. Once that's complete, I may look into options for compatibility with other body mods, although I can promise anything there.
Add Anthro character on Conan exile will be really cool.
I'm sure you don't need us to tell you but this mod is a big reason for a large majority of players coming back to Cyberpunk 2077. It's creators should be paying you for this (obviously canon) mod that should have been native to the game in the first place. For whatever reason they refused to include furries. *shrug*.
Would be awesome seeing the Kzinti in Starfield. Adding furries to Bethesda games is relatively easy. Fallout 4 has a bunch of well lip synced models o the nexus.
I'm surprized someone hasn't converted one of the furry fallout 4 mods or a khajiit model for the PC already. Kzinti would be neat but the size would be more of a problem then the skeleton and rigging. And there would need to be a 'eat humans' addin as well because a t'kzintar should be able to feast on the tui after a glorious victory. <.<
will you update this if needed after phantom liberty drops?
Yeah, I'm definitely planning to pick up Phantom Liberty and update the mod once it's out.
Loved everything I've seen and experienced of the mod. Here's hoping it doesn't break with Phantom Liberty!
This project of yours is why I'm actually going to finally play this game - thank you for all your work on this! :3
