NFC: [Fix cards whose 4-byte UID starts with 0x88 failing to read - the anticollision loop decided UID completeness from the first UID byte (the `0x88` cascade tag value) instead of the SAK cascade bit, so a genuine 4-byte UID that happens to begin with `0x88` (seen on some MIFARE Classic and magic cards) was mistaken for the first level of a 7-byte UID; the poller then issued a second cascade SELECT the card ignored and the read aborted.
