EA Fix: Only Materialistic Sims Can Access "Admire New Possession" Interaction

This is something I made because I got sick of waiting for EA to fix it. Basically, the "Admire New Possession" interaction is supposed to only show up for Materialistic Sims, but EA forgot to add a test_global for the Materialistic Trait, so it shows up for everyone. This override fixes the issue and makes it so that the option to "Admire New Possession" is only available to Sims with the Materialistic Trait, as intended.
