No Random Fear of Death for Elders

Pretty self explanatory, I hated that elders get this fear randomly just because they're near death and see them running around in panic in my world. They are still able to develop that fear by actual seeing someone die etc..., they will simply not get it randomly just because they are old.

NOTE: Elders who have been already generated with the fear will still have it, while newly generated elders will not. This mod is great used in new save files.
