Less Dust Bunnies & Filth Fiends

I never quite liked the ridicolous idiocy that Maxis put in this kit but since I didn't want to remove them completely because dust bunnies and filth fiends are needed to complete aspirations, I decided to reduce them.

Now Dust Bunnies will only spawn on dirty floors (1 only per dirty floor) and Filth Fiends have been reduced from 2 to 1 per filthy floor.

I put 2 packages, one is with audio stings when dust spawns, the other is without those. Choose only one.

This mod is not compatible with these other mods:

lotharihoe - no audio, no dust bunny, no filth fiend;

Zero_DustShite_BunniesOnlyGlimmerbrook;

Zero_DustShite_NoBunnyAndFilthFiend;

lot51_dust_buster_mod;

lot51_unbust_dust;

simmytime - BustTheDust_No_DustBunny.

My BustTheDustRebuffed mod.

and all other mods that remove or change spawning of dust bunnies.
