For Rent Sign&Rabbitholes Tweaks

This mod aims to tweak the rent sign object from the For Rent pack to make it consistent and have more sense and makes durations for visiting the rabbitholes in Tomarang last longer for a more immersive experience.

Why does it cost money to move households from this sign now???

1000§ to move when it has always (and still is) been free??? I made so that the sign works like the 2 interactions from the phone and the computers.

Also, the ruminate on renting option will not appear for sims who already are landlords or tenants and the chance of getting the Inspired +2 buff has been greatly reduced.

Should I rent a home somewhere? Babe you are a tenant already...Manage a property myself? Babe you already manage it!!!

I also noticed that visiting the temples takes 5 seconds so I increased the duration when visiting those.🙄

No more 5 seconds visits!
