Status Update

Hey everyone,
as I mentioned in the original post for The Ares Fall:

“If you are curious about future game updates, the rough order is The Ares Fall, then Hitomi Fan route. I will make a separate post later once I decide for sure.”

So yes, the next update in line will be the Hitomi Fan Route.

For those who are here mainly because of Ares and may not know, I just want to say that this kind of switch (a Hitomi update instead of Ares) will be a very rare occasion, probably only once or twice a year.

Also, I’ve seen the results of the voting regarding the Ares save system, and I heard you. I need some time to rework it. I also want to add a gallery and a mini-game skip feature in the next update, so there’s simply more technical work than usual right now.

So honestly, the timing of the Hitomi route probably worked out pretty well, because Ares would have needed a bit more waiting anyway. My main job still hasn’t really become much lighter yet, but I should be able to release the Hitomi update closer to the end of May.

Then around the middle of June I’ll finally be going on vacation from my main job. Most likely I won’t really be traveling anywhere, or if I do, it’ll only be for a very short time, so I should have a lot more free time at home to focus properly on Ares.
