Downloaded this quest, pleasantly surprised by the voice acting, but, for reasons I can't quite fathom, Celestial Goku Black won't go below 70K HP, no matter how much I wait or beat him up, Become Celestial doesn't unlcok. I apologize if I'm missing something obvious.
Hi and thank you! :D As per Black, there is the notification that appears as soon as Black turns Celestial where it tells you to figure out a way to reduce his HP. This basically means just avoid him for a bit, because he has health cap enabled, however his own super soul can drain his HP below this health cap. You have to wait for the super soul to deplete two additional health bars after you reach his health cap and that will finally force him to acknowledge you. I am thinking of reducing this so that you have to endure just one of his health bars, but yeah - wait for his soul to weaken him :) * oh, also if you poison him, the game actually considers that as active damage, not passive, meaning his HP will constatly be restored to whatever his health cap is. So just remove his HP bars until you hit the cap, and then let his super soul do the rest
