The self-imposed restriction Kurapika placed on himself applies only to Chain Jail. He can still use his chains in other ways without this limitation, as seen in the Nostrade mansion when he is tested for the job.

I don't think this is a spoiler given how Feitan explained a bit, the spider's numbers aren't necessarily the strength in combat level. Given some member's abilities, such as Shizuku (The Vacuum) aren't really made for combat. Feitan explained that two members 4 and 8 were changed, Number 4 being Hisoka

This arc is fantastic. Absurd that it isn't even the best arc in the show.

next epiodes are one of my favourites in anime : D
