The boss, Neon, is a fortune teller which stated for multiple mob bosses that were going to "sleep" if they went to the auction implying there was going to be an attack. No troupe member spilled any info off screen Also I don't think Kurapika is going to like the girl who wants to collect his family's eyeballs lmao

Kurapika already explained in a previous episode, that his clan was killed for their eyes. The spiders assaulted their clan and killed all of them to steal their eyes to then sell them.
