The watch order for the movies is eternity and the auto memory doll and then Violet Evergarden: The movie. Eternity and the auto memory doll is like a side story and kinda optional imo (still worth the watch tho).
The woman at the end is Ms. Evergarden, the one who adopted Violet in episode 1.
