SAD
this is like the 700th poll I've done but I NEED your votes ;)
on top of 1 of the shows from the last poll, id like to add a SAD show that we will watch once a week! (preferably a current watchlist of say 5 shows would be completely different genres (Action, Horror, Adventure, Slice of Life, Sad, etc.)

if you want a sad anime that's not on the list here I'd recommend Banana Fish. You're gonna need tissues if you watch it
It's an action anime with some sad moments, so I wouldn't say it counts.
Can only echo what a few other people have said about Violet Evergarden - wasn't a show I'd have typically watched, but when it was added to Netflix the trailer really piqued my interest and I am so glad I watched it, it was so unexpectedly emotional and deep on so many levels, would love to see you react to it.
Consider Takopi's Original Sin. If you care about the views, it is the play. It is currently airing and only 2 episodes have been released, so it is most relevant right now. It is very popular on youtube with most of the reaction channels getting minimum double of their expected views on this show.
It's a crime that he doesn't see the takopi he's throwing.
Violet Evergarden is one of the very few animes I consider a masterpiece.

THIS VOTE as well as the previous vote will be 1 EP per week until we finish shows! a SEPERATE SHOW starts after AOT as our main show! (I'm thinking either Vinland Saga, Bleach or Full Metal Alchemist) the main show is my decision so there wont be a 701st poll for that ;)
Also, would love to start either Cyberpunk Edgerunners or Arcane? I’ve heard SO MUCH ABOUT THEM!
I’d vote for Clannad but the thing with it is that what gets really good about it is the literal after story so you have to go through a lot of simple sweet high school life for many many episodes. Like 30+ And Anohana is short and it hits really hard but you don’t even know it’s going to hit you that hard until it does. Similar to Clannad but Way faster and just as effective to make you cry.

Violet Evergarden has to be one of my favorite shows. It’s just so good, beautiful, well written and you know that it’ll break you since the first episode. Your Lie in April is sad but only if you have already watch it.
