Battlefield Library
Here's the most recent Thursday Thaumaturgy map! The winning votes for this one were Chaotic Battlefield and Lost Library.
A great and horrifying war has been raging for decades now between a myriad of splintered factions and desperate peoples just trying to stay free. Fighting has spilled over into seemingly every corner of the world, from bustling city centers to the far flung reaches still held firm by nature. Even here, tucked away in some desolate place, where this library was thought would stay hidden. Even here, the war has touched. Not only has it visited this place, it left its horrible destructive mark as far as the eye can see. And yet, much of this library still stands in tact, filled with many secret texts that have yet to be rediscovered.

Very fun addition to your Thursday series! I like this one a lot.
Thank you <3 Hopefully I’m able to finish one of the main maps again soon, it’s been a while now
Love how you did the boulder impacts... Probably going to steal this technique!
I'm still fiddling with making them look better but I enjoy the technique, adds a little bit of motion to the scene. Steal away! :)
"even here the war has touched" 😞 Beautiful map
Hopefully my next piece will be a little more peaceful lol Thank you <3
