𖹭 Updates 𖹭
Hello guys! It's been a while since I've last updated, and a lot of stuff has happened. Here is a little recap of what's been going down lately. The same info will be posted over on Kleos as well...
✦ I'm slowly updating old content to make it compatible with the current version of the EVE bodyshape. This means either simply re-editing existing files, or completely remaking old items from scratch. In the weeks ahead I plan to focus only on updating content, since I think it's important to get everything up to date ASAP. So you might notice a few new updates with older content happening.
✦ The Marketplace has launched. I absolutely don't support it, since it feels like a cash-grab by an incredibly undeserving company. Here is a mod to remove it from your game so you don't even have to think about it. In my opinion, EA should focus on fixing the game, instead of chasing money. I've also gone a step further and removed all CC from marketplace affiliated creators in my game. Obviously you don't need to do this at all and it's probably a bit extreme, but it's easier for me to just clear them all out.
✦ Patreon have decided that any 'sexy' custom content flagged for teen sims is no longer allowed, so I have to go back and edit all of my uploads to abide by this decision. So far, it seems like only I've been singled out, but I imagine it is only a matter of time until everyone else's work also gets pulled up as well. This, plus the updating above, will take some time, so I hope to chip away at it over the next coming weeks.
✦ Pinterest broke the way shared boards work now, so it's not really a viable way to share ideas for inspo anymore unfortunately. I'm currently looking for alternatives.
✦ Discord has been added to the Honey tier as an additional way to communicate ❤️

Maybe just don't mention Teen anymore instead of changing the file. As if they would test it out. Maybe specifically mention it for a few weeks that it doesn't work for teens and shodow drop sometimes in the future your files without a change for teen but don't mention it. They just have to show action for coked up VISA/Mastercard managers. Marketplace would be a nice thing for consoles if it would be fair which it is not. Make it direct purchase without a fake Moola exchange which is only meant to benefit EA as there will always be some Moola left and make the EA/Creator ratio 30/70%. As a creator I would have laughed my ass off towards EA publicly for havin the nuts to keep 70% of the income themselves for just reviewing & servers.
I've been back and forth with admin quite a bit about their reasoning for pulling the post. While they can't tell me why only one post so far was deemed inappropriate, they did tell me it was because it was a "lingerie mod available for teen sims", and would not re-approve it until the file was fixed. They also suggested I update all posts. So I'm not sure if they actually check files or not, all a bit vague 😓
