The Butterfly of the Demon Slayer Corps

This is my realistic take on Shinobu Kocho from Demon Slayer.

I wanted to bring her iconic design into a more realistic style while keeping the elements that make Shinobu instantly recognizable—her butterfly-inspired aesthetic, Demon Slayer uniform, and signature sword.

I also created a new demon form for this character, imagining what Shinobu might look like if she fully embraced her transformation beyond humanity.
