Your request (3327598) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email. Airi (Patreon) Jul 10, 2025, 4:49 PM PDT Hi there, Airi here from the Patreon Support team. I hope all is well today. Thank you for reaching out and explaining your situation in detail. I understand that you did not intend to purchase a Patreon membership and that the process was confusing, especially with the language barrier and the connection to sideloadly. I acknowledge your frustration with the unsuccessful refund attempts through Apple and your concern about being charged for something you did not want or understand. Rest assured, I'm here to assist you with your request. Your payment to Sideloadly - iOS, Apple Silicon & Apple TV Sideloading’s shop is being processed. Due to Shop and iOS terms of service, shop payments can take up to several days before being fully processed. It should be fully processed as soon as possible. Please know that this should not affect your current access to your purchase(s). You should be able to consume the content immediately, regardless of the pending payment. I wish that I could offer more information about the benefits offered by the creator, however, we don't have direct knowledge or access to individual creators’ content and benefits. While creators are 100% responsible for what they offer on their page, I can definitely help out with any questions you may have with payments, viewing posts, or messaging your creator on Patreon. Since your refund requests with Apple have not been successful, I recommend waiting until the pending payment has either settled or been fully processed by Apple. Once that's complete, you should be able to contact the creator to request for refund. You can message them directly on Patreon with these simple steps: Log in to Patreon and click the Messages icon in the upper-right corner of your profile. Located in the bottom menu on the Patreon app. Click the New message button or plus sign icon in the app. You can select the creator from the list that populates in the message draft window, or start typing a former creator's name. Select the creator you'd like to message. Type up your message and click Send. I know this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but I want to reassure you that we want to help however we can. If you have any other questions or need more guidance, please let me know and I’ll do some more digging for you. I want the computer sideloadly to install a third-party app on apptv. The result shows that I need to subscribe. I use the computer connection to send it to my mobile phone. The mobile phone downloaded patreon through the connection. Because it is English, I have no intention of buying a membership. In fact, I don't know what the use of patreon is. I thought it was bound to sideloadly, but I still can't use sideloadly to install the software app to apptv. The first refund showed failure. Contact Apple's official customer service for 2 refunds. I want to apply for a refund through you. I have no intention of buying this software. 发自我的iPhone
