MAILBAG ✉️

Folks, this week we will be joined once again by returning champion and unacknowledged Mayor of Newcastle Matt Brady.

Please give us your questions for Matt about life, Mark Latham and whether barefoot is in fact legal.

Also give us your Mark Latham questions as we’ll be doing a greatest hits or, if you prefer, a “greatest shits” on the Big Moron’s career.

Is the Apex gang in Newcastle more likely to be found in Fanny's or Duck's Nuts?

What was the turning point that sent Latham swinging to the right?

I wonder if there's an incident you can track it back to, like cartoonists when they sustain head injuries.

is barnaby's latest babbling in the media the true thoughts of man with nothing left to lose? or is he deliberately protecting the coalition by distracting from the outcomes of the banking Royal Commission?

I'd be interested in your thoughts on some of Australia's political comedians/satirists. Ever since people have finally started actively calling out Chris Lilley on his racist bullshit I've been wondering if the people I grew up watching were ever actually good, or if it was all kind of just trash like Lilley's. The Chaser's stuff has been a bit toothless for a while, but were they ever actually any good? John Safran has produced some truly batshit stuff over the years (the wikipedia article for Race Relations is so insane that I wouldnt believe it if I hadn't seen it on tv), but there was a time where people really paid attention to him. Was it just because he intentionally courted controversy? Basically, are there any Australian political comedians/satirists whom you guys think is actually worth people's time?

Damn I don't want to ask the question 'Is John Safran problematic?' because I love his schtick. But there was the blackface and the undie stealing...

Which current sitting MP/Senator will inherit Latham's brain worms upon leaving politics? Bonus points to any panel member who can pick the Labor member this will happen to.

what would the album covers look like for Latham's mid-naughts solo project?

Dyatlov Ass Incident · April 24, 2018

If we sent Mark Latham to Syria to shake Assad's hand, would that bring peace to the Middle East?

Dyatlov Ass Incident · April 24, 2018

For clarity, I'm envisaging a situation where he fucks up so epoch-definingly badly everyone becomes an Assad supporter and ISIS converts from Shia Fundamenalism/Post-Ba'athism to full Posadist communism. Basically in the end everyone goes to Damascus and jumps into the sea to fuck dolphins

What's going to kill Latham first, calorie related illness or rage induced stroke? Or will he cut off Alan Jones's head with a sword and take the prize?
