Just wanted to let y'all know I've got covid. So far I feel shitty but not completely incapacitated (hooray for being triple-juiced), fingers crossed it doesn't get any worse. I'm currently a week ahead on comics and can still work in my present condition, so hopefully there won't be any interruptions. Next week is BEMBO WEEK and I think they're really funny. Thanks, stay safe, and thanks as always for your patronage.

Being vaxxed is a big help but REST is really important - the less you exert yourself while ill, the less likely you are to suffer long-COVID afteraffects. We would much rather you get your health back than push yourself and make it worse.

Hopefully it's a mild case and BA.5 which has less serious symptoms. If you can, get the prescription anti-viral Plaxlovid, it's like pulling back and nuking Covid from orbit. It reduces the chance of long-covid and shortens the exposure.

I caught COVID in August and I'm only really back to being Ok again now. Stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. Remember that your health comes first so don't try pushing on through.
You might try giving Glutathione a go. It's just a plant extract, and your body naturally has some in it already. But it seems to be low in people with severe covid, and taking it seems to help in avoiding long covid symptoms. No substitute for proper medical advice, but its an easy way to try and up your odds a bit.

Here's hoping you get through it quickly. It's a weird damned bug with symptoms and duration all over the map. I only tested positive for a few days but then for weeks afterwards just getting up to go pee was enough to leave me needing a nap.
Man, get some rest and take it easy. If I have to wait a week or a month for QC, I know it will be worth it. Your health is the most important thing.

The Japanese government's been pretty slow with the vaccine rollouts; would've gotten my fourth shot earlier if I could've. Edit: Also, HOORAY FOR BEMBO! (For he knows what is best in life.)

I had it a few weeks back. A fever for a couple days, then a cold for almost a week, then fine. Hope you are doing alright, just make sure you follow what your body wants. If you are feeling like laying down, go with that instinct.
Keep well mate! Bembo week is great but if you need to take time off for recovery, please do some I only caught it recently and it took me a solid 8 weeks to get my energy levels back to normal!
Take it easy Jeph! We love your comic, but we'll be fine if we don't get our fix for a while. It's important you rest and don't stress about deadlines. We've got 20 years of back catalog to re-read if the withdrawals get too bad.
If your experience is any like mine: When you feel healthy again, wait one week before resuming "normalcy".
