Dang, I couldn't find Wurmvater Totenkopfgeburtstag Dunkelbrau on Beer Advocate.
This should be comic 3342, not 3242. And the next one is wrong too. Just a heads-up :)
... and some beers are drunk at room temperature.
Peter, you know 66.6 F is colder than 66.6C right? 66.6C is near boiling.
Hence why I said 6.66C, which is right between best temperature for pilsner and ale.
66.6F does seem a bit on the high side for any kind of beer. 6.66C is much more in the range for dark beers.
EEEEE! She's so cute! <3
The body language in the first panel is a+
Why can't we not be sober????
That laugh still makes me giggle
What, no "Uncle Disgusting's Spider Brew"?
You might want to check your translation... death's head birthday would be todtkopfgeburstag. What you've got is dead head's birthday. Speaking as a dead head, I approve.
Totenkopf is German for "skull and crossbones", so it's "skull and crossbones birthday", if translating it properly. Translating compound words by pieces is almost certainly going to give (often hilariously) wrong results, as the compound word meaning may have drifted from its base words. It only gets worse when the compound word is compounded further (as is common in for example German), like it is here. Part of my job is implementing translation in user interfaces for industrial equipment, so it's an issue I have dealt with a lot.
I have never so badly wanted to consume a brew of an uncertain nature in my life.
She's lucky. A proper stein with a functional cuckoo is getting hard to find.
A. It's 3342. B. Aw, just yesterday it was October 29! C. Love the "heh heh heh"!
It is the souls that make the taste.
I'm sure it must be there, Fortunato, perhaps just a bit further back...
I'm surprised with some of what has gone on in this comic that it's not in Northamption MA, but more likely Arkham or Dunwich
Goddammit Jeph... I love Brun but you can't just reference Faye and Bubbles and keep me in suspense this long...
Lady knows her Teufelbrau.
