I love the first panel, not in the least because it's a cockney british potshot at flawless rival strategy, moreso since it kinda takes a shot at the rivals of the previous games as well.
So i think I get the reference to Jeremy Corbyn can someone please explain the other one to me? Not from the UK

I have visited England and Scotland a couple of times. Not once did I hear any one say, “Pip pip, cheerio.”
Don't sweat it. Most of what North Americans think they know about the UK is gleaned from whichever version of "The Christmas Carol" they last watched, and a few centuries out of date. ;)

I was a little confused to see reruns.
Go back a few days and you'll see Jeph's post that he's running bonus strips. Since he actually told us he was going to be doing it, it shouldn't take anyone by surprise.
