Actually, I thought you always wanted to use temporary clip on a butt, at least at first, so this doesn't happen. If you accidentally clip one of the temporary clips onto the butt with a permanent clip, it's not like it's your finger.
Is it just me, or is Bubbles particularly merciless with people she truly likes?
I think that's pretty common with ex-military people. Which suggests that this is not the character growth that a lot of people think it is, and is more Bubbles adjusting to people and letting them into her short list of people she trusts.

Pretty sure they can. When Roko was having a dysphoric episode recently, she said she needed to sleep but “didn’t know the protocols”, implying that normally that’s something AIs can do.
