Recently, I have developed a great liking for characters with mental illnesses in fiction. They hold a great fascination for me. Unfortunately, it's a topic that isn't very present in AVNs, but I enjoy every instance I come across.
It's hard to do well. With Swansong it's easier because antisocial disorder is pretty easy to illustrate. With stuff like depression, I can draw from my own experiences, but I'd hesitate to do anything else.
