Clarification
I have come to find out once again, more blatant lies have come out about me, specifically with commissions.
I want to preface this by saying and admitting that yes, my anxious personality is definitely part of the problem. Confrontation is scary for me so I shy away from DMs until im actually working on said person's commission, but Ive managed to come up with a way to both respond much faster and it doesnt stress me out, (which Ill update my Ko-fi page to describe the best way to contact me.)
That aside, yes, im not a fast creator by any means. If im in the zone i can finish something in under a week, but with how busy and hectic my life is outside of the sims (including the family issues briefly mentioned in my previous post), compared to what it used to be when i first started CC, its delayed the overall timing.
To most this + my silence is definitely a valid reason not to commission me, and im not expect nor demanding people to commission me in spite of that. Im sure my skittish behavior has only made the other parties nervous themselves...
but what I want to emphasize is the fact that i am not a scammer. i dont take the commission money and ride into the sunset. i dont keep my Patreon membership up yet not provide anything for over a year, and im not going to produce shoddy hairs for the sake of time. THAT is a scam. and i dont do either of those things.
If you want a careless, poorly made hair for the sake of short time spent on it, then im not that person. I have countless completed commissions both public and private ones and aside of the current situation, Ive only ever had one person refund me (that was my own fault, life was hard at the time and i wasnt rlly online at all for months so i get it) and the great part about Ko-Fi is, I cant fight you on it!
If you choose to request a refund, you will get your refund. Its not up to me, I dont decide whether or not you get your money back, it will give it back. Its whole design is to avoid scams.
So yes, call me slow, poor in communication, "doesnt work in a timely fashion", etc, but i am NOT a scammer.

remember to take care of yourself! if you need to take a step away you always can, don’t worry yourself with commissions people can get their money back you need to worry about yourself first <3 you always have supporters just know that!

I've had a commission from you and I can't speak over someone who has been wronged but your work on my hien hair was fantastic and you explained yourself well with your work and silence. Not many people have commissioning experience on both sides so finding a path that works out for both parties can be hard. From my experience as someone who has commissioned both art and cc transparency is always key and while anxiety can be an explanation it must never be an excuse. Especially in stressful times as these people are more prone to react to perceived slights or signs of scams. I think your changing things to make sure your customers understand this is a good step and hopefully reduce future problems. Money is a touchy subject and respect for both sides must be maintained and I hope your future customers understand and that these changes are enough to give you grace.
Real life comes first and you've been open about having some stuff to sort through before. That was the warning to people to proceed with that in mind when asking for commissions. With the quality you produce it's crazy people would expect a quick turnaround rate for cc

I’ve never requested commissions before from you, but I own many of your hairs and I love each one of them. You are insanely emotionally intelligent and you DO have the capability for good communication skills, and it shows with how you were able to identify your own faults and express how you’re feeling in this post. You are an amazing CC creator and your personal struggles do not make you anything bad, it just means that maybe you need a break. which is normal because any content creator isn’t a robot and you can’t just release content after content without rest! So please take care of yourself! ❤️
