Traffic Dynamics (Lite)

This is the first Lite Version of this mod.
1. Vehicles will try to move from your lane when you flash your lights (T key set as default)
2. Vehicles will be more aware when you honk at them (H key as default)
3. Most of the time, vehicles will no longer stop when you turn on the siren)

Sometimes vehicles will drive on red light or stop sign
Sometimes vehicles will refuse to move when you flash your lights at them
